We have placed order for t-shirts for Rs2002 on 22
05.22 against that Rs999 has been deducted from my debit card showing on your site pay Rs 999and balance after receiving the product on cod . Till now we have received the product or money back in my account. I feel cheated from flipkart ,as 8days have gone no reply from their end .Indian Government should take necessary action to people getting rid such types of cheaters.

I regret to write this on the unfortunate incident that happened on purchase of an iphone from your online store as cited in the reference. I happened to purchase it from your store under the misconceived impression, a responsible store. I purchased the iphone in appreciation for my son's sincere efforts made by him for the plus two examination. He and I were eagerly waiting for the receipt of the same. It's very sentimental for me. I had paid Rs.33,499.00 to the payee, Flipkart internet Pvt. Ltd on 30th may 2022 and I received the phone on 06th june 2022 at about 2pm. I configured the phone as per the instructions. Within a couple of hours its display went wrong with blurred condition and later the display itself was not there and the phone was totally dead and I placed my complaint then itself. I made a callback request with your customer care but nothing resulted in the redressal of my grievances. The attitude of your customer care and the sales team is unsatisfactory. It's the clear incident of unfair trade practice. By knowing that the phone is a defective  one, you sold it to me to make unlawful profits to you. By your acts I suffered very huge monetary loss as well as mental pain. You are liable to replace the defective iphone with a good one together with compensation to the tune of twice the value of the iphone within a period of 24 hours from now. Otherwise I will be constrained to initiate coercive steps against you for the redressal of my grievances at your costs and expenses.Expecting your speedy action

Company rejected my return request. I have a valid reason to file case. After Delivery I complaint to company this is used product. After using I seen this is damaged ones, so I raise a request for refund company day for only replacement. I agreed but now return policy ended time nice drama they did. tlast my returns cancelled.

There is no outgoing sound when talking with this headphone, it can't talk and sound is not coming properly in one side speaker, so please return this product. and refund my money.

I placed a bicycle on 3th june and cancelled it on that day. I did payment Rs.11,999 with googlepay upi. Refund amount has been credited to the upi on 10th june but have not reflected on bank account yet. Its been 52 days i have already called flipkart customer support so many times, and i also called google pay customer care but my issue have not been resolved. I have not received any confirmation order from flipkart till now, that's why we are sure that if you shop from your company, then no one will shop from your company. it is wrong to give the wrong display to the customer and when he makes the payment, then the company will say thats Server issue it's your problem not mine. Even today your display is showing the same notification is coming, so the customer will do shopping. this has happened to me two times and now it may be your second time. My account has been blocked and my refund is also stuck, my refund is ₹ 500 which I had ordered for mobile through UPI and what I paid in cash on delivery ₹ 28429. Why am I so upset that I asked so many friends from Apple. In return, I have received missing product. I am upset for one and a half months. I call again and again. It is spoken for 24 to 48 hours and after that it is not contacted or mailed. After that I call a second time. Again I am told the same thing. It's been 2 months.
