Respected sir,

I'm facing problem in HONDA CB SHINE 125cc bike since the date I've purchased it from RATANDEEP HONDA 1149, HIRAN MAGRI, SECTOR-4 UDAIPUR (Raj) . My bike's engine stops working in between n if I complain to service centre they can't get it solved. If this kind of treatment is provided from u'r company then I've no option left except regretting. So I request u to register my complaint n seeking for positive results. Take complaint seriously.

Hi,

My name is Mayank Agrawal (7500444443) from Aligarh (202001). I am holding 3 activa from Mascot Honda Aligarh.

Executives of Mascot Honda don't have manners on how to talk with customers.

I called 3 times on 8449431000 on this number for my HSRP number plate -
1st call picked by a man, he said he is confirming me in 15 min but they didn't call me back.
2nd call was done by me and picked by a female, she said call after 20 min for response.
3rd call was done by me, picked by a female, and she told me how many times you called and asked.

I didn't get an answer in all 3 calls. Worst company and employee.

Need immediate action.
Waiting for response.

This is to bring the your notice ? I have purchased Activa 6g data 14 th of July 2021 (HR99temp26800) from malik honda, in the name of Praveen. I have made payment through sbi credit card.as per his employee sagar you pay this amount in 24 installment and also extra charge 2700 from me dy cash ... For installment charges.

But we have received the full bill of card no any installment done by malik honda I have visit malik honda and ask the question he very hipper and owner ask to me get out and karle jo karna ha

Its big issue If you see malik honda sales down day by day because his behavior. I am being harassed from the owner and employees of malik honda. Please look into this matter seriously and get my work done. For your convenience I am enclosing all the receipts that i have. Please do the needful.

i purchase activa last year and since last year i am facing problem and every time i go through vendor/service centre they said no issue all ok.

i told him that i have facing issue of vibration but they said no issue (hawa jyda hai) like they said but after free servicing they found fault in my activa that you have clutch katora issue and they said you will have to pay for this. but my question is already i talk about this problem but at that time there is no issue.

time to time i go through service centre and the blunder comes they have no record of my activa. they said you purchase activa in june 2020 when whole country is in lockdown. i told him i purchase this in march 2020 and one more thing they have no record of my first servicing also and i complaint to customer care they also not answering me they said vendor told ur that you purchase activa in june.

i attached the recording of vendor who called me and said you purchase activa in june and she is very bad behaviour. is there any solution for me for customer kindly provide resolution for this or else i will take an action that vendor and provide my full reimbursement. Aand still i am facing that issue kindly its a request you to provide me a solution and get a call from your senior or compliance officer.

I have applied to purchase Honda Activa Delux125 front disk brake in gray color. I have paid Rs72681 and 8782 and my purchase order is of Jan 15 this year through CSD Pune from Yash Honda but till date dealer has not received vehicle from company and saying that as and when he got the vehicle he will give. So now I want to know up to when I got my vehicle. I am a Defence Officer and teasing me in such type not understand. Please do needful at the earliest.

Honda service is very bad in term of service center or part or vehicle .
I had call him to multiple time in Honda service center regarding handlebar for bs6 from last 1.5 month but not response after that I had put the mail to direct Honda complaint mail id but same problem happened. when bought bike, after 3 month later started break noise problem, till now happened same issue about break really this is my big mistakes. In future i will never recommend to any one for Honda vehicle

My name is Mohmmadaasif & my bike is Honda Shine SP125-GJ-01-US-4441, I went to your service center yesterday around 13:15 and gave my bike for service,And remembered at 8:30 in the evening that I had given my bike for service.

I mean if you take the contact number of the customer then why they are not informed to customer.

Example:- Sir your bike is ready please you can come and take your bike, Even if the service of the bike is not on time, you can call and tell them.

I purchased honda Activa 6g on 08/12/2022 and my 1st service is done on 13/01/2023 , from these dates my scooty run only 250 km and 1 month old , but during service my scooty engine oil changed by honda agency , my question is that " 1 month or 250 km me engine mobile ka kya bigad gya Jo isa change Keya gya "

I buy a two wheeler Honda cd110 dlx October 2021 from Krishna Honda Rohtak but I am facing front shocker and handle issues since warranty period I ask to Honda service engg but they did not solve my issue they are doing just loose my bike handle. So I facing too problem in my vehicle so I request to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I make mind for legal action. Yesterday i visit service center for checking my bike he demand me 100/-rs for testing but me bike in warranty. Then they send one engg for testing i am suprise enngg testing method he run my bike @20km per hour. so i again suggested to all of you for no buying honda products in future.

Dear Team.

I have given my vehicle GJ05HM2711 for service in last month's last week.

But the service was not done carefully,even handed over me vehicle in a condition which is worst before it was working condition. Even after many follow up, I didn't get satisfactory answer from Manshi Honda GIDC and main branch.

I want my bike working condition back as it was before the service or I have to reach out for customer complaint devision of government.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this complaint in accordance with the laws of India to bring to your attention the persistent issues I have been facing with my Honda Shine two-wheeler, which I purchased from your showroom on 5 March 2021. The vehicle is registered under the registration number RJ14KC9985, with the chassis number ME4JC855BMD061510 and engine number JC85ED0324688. I, Deepak Kumar Mittal, am the registered owner of the vehicle.

Since the past 15 months, I have been experiencing a recurring problem with my Honda Shine. The vehicle abruptly stops moving in the middle of the road and refuses to start. On numerous occasions, I had to manually push the vehicle to bring it to the service center. Upon visiting the service centre, the issue would be temporarily fixed, and the vehicle would run smoothly for 10 to 15 days before the problem resurfaced. This issue has occurred approximately 8 to 10 times during the past 15 months.

I have made repeated attempts to escalate this matter to both the showroom and the customer care department of the Honda company. However, the showroom personnel simply ignore my concerns, and the customer care representatives only assure me that my complaint has been registered without providing any resolution. To date, I have not received any response from the company regarding my complaint.

Furthermore, I am deeply disappointed by the conduct of the service center personnel, who insist on charging me for repairs even though the vehicle is still within the guarantee period. This is an unfair and unacceptable practice that further adds to my frustration and dissatisfaction.

I kindly request you to urgently address and resolve this persistent issue with my Honda Shine two-wheeler. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I may be compelled to take legal action, including filing a consumer case against the company. I believe that it is in the best interest of both parties to resolve this matter amicably and restore my faith in the product and the company.

I expect a prompt response from your end, confirming the action taken to rectify the recurring issue with my Honda Shine two-wheeler. Your timely intervention and resolution will be highly appreciated.

Case number 1-112048464811, the case raised on 3rd Feb 2023 for manufacturing defects for Honda SP 125. The vehicle was totally rusted since purchasing. I'm Continuously chasing on this issue, though call, email and twitter, but still no response. Honda2wheeler customer care team says concern team is working on this issue, almost 1 yrs has been passed, still no resolution. Continuously following up on email, call & twitter, neither Honda team nor dealer is responding. Continously sending email to Mohit Bhola also tagging to @Ravi Gupta Honda zonal sales head. But response from their side as well.
Disgusting service by Honda, Honda says customer is the valuable but practically dealer is valuable.

I always follow up and respect the Honda2wheeler policy, but I did not observe any Honda team is followed the Honda's Policy and take actions accordingly. This is very shameful.
