When we reached in counter for tickets they were providing some unwanted things and charged for that. And they were saying if you don't purchased that we will not book your tickets. And asking for 20 rupees extra & also behavior was not good.

I went to see RRR movie in PVR deep cinemas Kanpur and it was a horrible movie experience because it was hot and suffocating. I asked the staff regarding AC issue so they switched it on for a while but after that again the same problem.

I would not suggest anyone to visit this theatre.

I had booked tickets on 9th April, 2022 and paid a sum of Rs.2622.08 however I have not received any tickets but amount was deducted from my account.

I called your consumer cell department they have confirmed that Money is received but due to some error tickets were not issued and assured that money will be credited after a weeks time. But till date money is not credited to my account, so request to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Dear sir,
I am humbly request to you that I am employee at PVR Manisquare branch. From joining to till now our assistance manager in engineering department behavior on me not acceptable at all. Almost everyday he shouting and misbehave with me without any reason and he never support us technically & mentally on any major /minor act during working incident and he all time busy to PNPC to each others employees. He don't accepte any leave as well as sick/personal leave. He do not make right duty roster. i have taken sick leave and submit govt hospital prescription also but he had never accepted my leave applications and after i got my salary and i found not paid my full salary. Please enquire this and take right action. I can't work there anymore. I want to take transfer to other branch in kolkata.

I have already compained about this but got no solution.

I have payed for cheese popcorn while booking for my ticket with booking ID WNPLJJ6. I payed approx RS 330 that was even more than the ticket price I had and all I was served with a popcorn full of salt. I complained it to the authority but again she gave me the same popcorn without any difference.

The staff served me the same popcorn with no difference thinking that the customer is fool. At the end I have to throw all the popcorn

Paying 330 and getting such a third grade service with such an attitude of the staffs is not at all acceptable.

I complained about that AC is not working in Audie 3 at Q row at the time of movie start. Movie time is 10.20pm and now interval also over but still AC is not started. Very bad experience. Very poor service. Not gonna suggest to anyone to go to PVR nagpur.

Yesterday we went to Kantara movie at 10.55 pm show n after interval ac got switched off.we came with family n everyone felt uncomfortable n irritated as Audi is also full with audience.So i went out n asked who is manager here n asked him to switch on the AC he didn't even cared about it ,very careless behaviour n staff under him are responding that they will contact maintenance team there after i went inside but as I mentioned about your Manager Ravi's careless behaviour he didn't even cared about it n they did not switch on the AC.

This is not the 1st time i am facing this issue in nexus PVR. Please look into this n tell ur manager how he has to respond with customer.

You made children’s playground inside Cinema Hall (Audi 3, nexus Koramangla). Around 6-10 children were playing and shouting in the playing area. I only heard their voices over 3 hours. Waste of money.

There was a pathetic experience in your Thiruvananthapuram Lulu mall 4DX theatre. We were expecting more from your side. There is NO 4DX experienced in the auditorium. Water spraying, Wind, flash lights, smell, etc not activated. Only the seat drastic movement works.

The release date of Telugu movie Waltair Verayya is on 13 Jan 23, but on your site tickets are opened for 12 Jan 23 at PVR PIYUSH MAHENDRA FARIDABAD, Please confirm the date.

PVR IS GETTING BAD DAY BY DAY. The movie time was 430 movie started at 5:10 this is pathetic.

Chairs are uncomfortable. Snack are at a very high price and quality is horrible. If you can't run business just shut. Dont waste people money.

Yesterday 5th February 2023 , i watched a movie at PVR nexus Koramangala in Bengaluru at 1.30pm. i purchased a small size popcorn for Rs.350/- and gave my phone to the PVR employee lady to use the gift card in the phone. Later in the evening I saw my messages and was shocked to see pvr receipts for Rs.1000/- , Rs.830/- , Ra.40/- , Rs.270/- and Ra.350/- . All these amounts were wrongly debited from my gift cards.

Please check and refund the amounts immediately.

Hi PVR team,
It's been observed that PVR grand high street Hinjewadi Pune does not host Hindi Dubbed shows on PXL screen for English films. Even sometimes we are not able to see any hindi dubbed version hosted for hollywood films. I know team will give reasons that no one comes to watch Hindi version and all but its not the case, here in Pune lot of marathi and other villagers are there who want to watch in Hindi. Can you please keep at least 2 hindi dubbed shows on PXL screen !!!

Hello,

I'm writing to apprise you about the unfair trade practices being resorted to at your well renowned chain.

I visited Maison PVR- BKC this afternoon where I paid a sum of Rs. 1000 to your employees for two drinks. The guy at the counter returned back Rs. 300 to me and refused to handover the drinks.

Further, he allegedly claimed that I didn't pay him for the drinks at all. Upon confronting him about the whole matter, he demanded us to pay him a sum of Rs. 1000 all over again for the drinks.

This kind of appalling conduct is highly unacceptable. It's mind-boggling to see that your esteemed chain has to stoop down so low to make a buck.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible.

I was at pvr Shalimar Bagh audi No 1 and I forgot my AirPods Pro ! I tried calling there many times but unfortunately they didn’t answered . I just want to state the fact that those AirPods were gifted to me by someone special and are very precious to my heart ! So I kindly ask for a revert soon !! It’s very urgent !!

We booked the 3:45 pm show on march 12 in pvr@VR Anna Nagar. The show was delayed due to technical issues and they stopped the movie almost 3-4 times in the middle saying that there is a technical issue. Sometimes the screen got in blue colour or yellow colour. Very disruptive experience. Due to this the movie was delayed by 45 mins. Very unpleasant!!!!!

Yesterday i booked 5 tickets the payment has been done and amount deducted from my bank account but the app shows as transaction failed and booking is not confirmed .

Please hoping to refund my money or confirm my booking i have raised the complaint in Twitter,email and even message in WhatsApp. Hoping to get a solution soon !

I booked Tickets for John Wick Chapter 4 in Trivandrum lulu PVR, and was very thrilled to experience it at 4DX. But the engineer did a terrible job with the sensitivity of the seats. We were 10 spectators and due to the high sensitivity, we were not able to enjoy the movie. I sat on the stairs and watched the Japan Continental fight scene. Towards 3/4 th of the movie they seemed to have corrected the problem. But by then, they had spoiled the movie for me. After the movie I had a word with other spectators and they felt the same. I demanded to have a word with the shift manager Mr Jithin and his response was cold and defensive. I expected nothing more than an apology, but that was not delivered. I wouldn't consider taking a 4DX ever again at this PVR.

Today (25/04/23) myself and my family were at screen 6 at PVR Trivandrum to watch "Madanolsavam." From the time the show started, the guys sitting at the back row were constantly stamping on my chair and were inappropriately loudly laughing and passing comments. During interval I complained these hooligans' behavior to the staff and in spite of their warning, they continued their irritating behavior...so sad to see that such a prestigious company like PVR couldn't control such hooligans in their cinema halls at such time when crowds are so small for each show....no wonder these times OTT platforms are ruling the world ...who will want to watch cinemas with hooligans spending so much money when they can watch it for less price in the comfort of their homes.....Please alert your security staff to be more strict and vigilant with people who displays the above-mentioned behaviors....take immediate action...they don't deserve a second chance if they don't know how to behave themselves at public places.

I bought 3 tickets for kisi ka bhai kisi ki jaan movie on 21st april 2023 6:30 pm show and 3 tickets for the movies Ponniyin selvan 2 on 28th april 2023 for 12:55 pm show and 3 tickets for the movie Sisu on 28th april 2023 for 4:25 pm show.The privilege points for all the above movies have not been credited to my account and I request you to credit the privilege points as soon as possible to my account.My mobile number is 9860016574.In addition I would also like to mention that all the shows that I have watched were delayed beyond the scheduled timings. May I request you to maintain the scheduled timings so that the patrons are not inconvenienced.

When I came to see your PVR movie, your manager Mohit talk to me dirty and abusing manner. He insulted me with offensive behaviour in front of my family.

Please take some action against your manager Mohit, otherwise me and my family will stop coming to your PVR.

The experience was totally worst as they do not care about there customers. I think I don't need to say anything further

I took the 4:30 pm show of adipurush at pvr mahagun mall but the movie started at 5 o'clock.
The Ads shown before n during intermission was of adult dialogues n kissing scenes. It is unacceptable to watch we are here to watch family movie not an adult movie. We don't expect to see such ads with ur family and kids. These experiences have made us unwilling to watch movies in cinemas anymore.

Expect very less crowd in the theatre
