I was booked for Valimai movie scheduled 24th Feb 2022 evening show 6.50pm @ screen1 and I have watched movie. The movie was awesome since I again watched the same movie some better theater. There is no AC while watching in you theater, no good sound quality. It was really awesome while satyam had this theater. If I have the same experience in next movie Im warning you 200% sure that I will consumer case against your theater.

I knew that pvr cinemas is best cinema...But i was wrong. It is a scam in the form of pvr cinemas. Really unhappy with pvr vvip ghaziabad.

We visited your cinema hall on 24/05 and the time was 10:30. When we were taking the ticket by going to the ticket window only then your executive told us we can't accept online payment. But if you want to pay and your payment is stuck then we will not be responsible. It was such a rude behavior due to which neither I took the ticket nor I was able to watch the movie. The reason was only your executives and no one else. So please teach them some manners and I have done since Day went to another cinema hall and watched a movie.

That was Horrible experience in PVR Cinemas in Guntur today me and my family book tickets in PVR cinema in Guntur for the major movie we book three tickets in in the second row first row is recliner’s and we are late 15 for the movie on time we cod not find out where the seats we sit in a row after the breach. Movie will start on of the staff coming to me and talk rudely and badly. Get up this is not your seats U want to pay. Extra money for the seats. Like that the staff That was the worst experience in my life in the PVR Cinemas.

Today I went to PVR Cinema VVIP Mall and i had 2 tickets online And we had to take 1 more ticket, so we took it from your counter And he said that the ticket is of 182 rs But the bill that came to me is 121 rs And with the food voucher he took 212 from us And take that payment on your personal number other thing I placed an order inside what we ordered but we didn't get the order we didn't even get his bill total waste of money and we have been fraud And I will give this complaint to the police and also to the media that do not go to PVR and watch any movie. and also putting it on twitter Now.

When I came to see your PVR movie, your manager Mohit talk to me dirty and abusing manner. He insulted me with offensive behaviour in front of my family

Please take some action against your manager Mohit, otherwise me and my family will stop coming to your PVR. The experience was totally worst as they do not care about there customers. I think I don't need to say anything further.

Hello PVR,
I recently purchased some foods which were nice tastier but what I got worried was about the basic thing like I purchased a half litre water bottle which was way costlier ₹70 then imagined

Kindly please make this thing little more affordable, you can just raise the bar for all the other thing that's okay but PLEASE IT'S A REQUEST.
