I bought weston company TV from 2 years ago , it's guaranty is 3years.. I registered as a panel complaint last March and now there is no response from your side for 5 months .... If it still continues we intend to go legally to consumer court.. hoping for a good reply

Western led tv is not working.

Dear Sir, I would like to tell you that I had purchased a Western washing machine which while being used, due to some reason some damage happened in it. I have also complained about it on the toll free number of Western company, but till now no result has come to light for correcting it. Please tell me how can I trust Western company in future that Western company is any good?, whose date-16.07.2024 complaint number is 96421207.
