I am facing slow internet problem last few months. So I am requesting you please refund my amount as early as possible. I don't want to use your Jio network hereafter. So do needful.

I want to cancel my order of jio postpaid plus sim.

Unblock the Jio sim.

And the net is not working at all. There is a lot of trouble. The nail is not working properly. network coverage critical

I didn't use anything and i have a 1GB data with in an half an hour, i got a notification of jio that - "you have used 50% of your daily data". Seriously? I didn't use anything, And how can data vanished from 1GB to 500Mb? Are you fooling your customers?

Worst network,Internet speed is very low,I m working woman and due to low speed of internet many times I had faced problems.literally now I want solution.I contacted jio customer care many times and they always told me,this problem solve within some days but still the problem persist. I kindly request you to please solve the issue slow net regarding.

Jio network is not available in my area. data or net is not working my area. Plz upgrade network in my area.

My mobile Number's network not show. Therefore I am not able to call call customer care.

There is no signal in the premises of L N Hospital camp. In this office about 16-20 connections of JIO but we are now compelled to port other service provider. Pls take necessary action for the same.

District jabalpur area lalpur road gwarighat jabalpur network quality is very poor frlom ast 9 month. My family hasr 8 jio numbers but network speed is very at my slow my house. Per month my jio recharge amount total family member 2000 rs. Approximately. Per day 1.5 gb daily limit data go to waste and also my money & time. There is network buffing condition due to which my child online classes are suffering. Iam calling customer care no. But no permanent solution

Pls resolve issue & give a permanent solution

The day I shift this area I always facing low internet speed. and when I call to customer care they always tell same thing (that due too more number of people using internet you are facing low internet speed) I want to say one thing ... I am getting this problem from last three years.

And for kind information.... I am paying money for my sake not for other it's my right to enjoy my internet. So please kindly provide me good internet.

My mobile number 8651047426 was suspended by your side without my consent even sim is recharged. Customer care persons misguided by giving false information. They told me to visit gio care centre. When I visited gio care centre with documents at chandigarh sector 22 on28/12/2021 , there I was advised to call at 199 because they were unable to do anything without regulating the sim at your end. Lastly I called at 199 then only I was informed that my number 8651047426 has been blocked . I want to know which authourity has given order/request to block this number and why?

Hi, i am getting unwanted calls from all banks, Bharti Axa and Bajaj Finanace etc. Requests were raised many times from my jio app and cust care etc. But no use.

Router has been installed. As per Mohd Sabir, received power is satisfactory. The connection requires to be activated now.

Sim is not Working for a month (8595223277), lot of issue with network, kindly check it, I want to continue with this same number kindly provide solution as soon as possible.
