My wash basin has developed cracks and is on the verge of disintegrating. Dealers say this colour is not available. I cannot change all other fittings to match colour. Pl let me know how to procure sand dune colour.

We constructed new house 2012 n applied parrryware cascade model floor mounted. After 6 months it's get repaired. Once we pressed to flush button water not going to stop until tank water will close. So we stopped to use button. But now getting heavy problem. kids are getting problem without flush button. When guests r coming feel shame. Please reply. Always water flows in the attached commode from the slim line flush. All bath room appliances are of perryware make, but water taps shows leakage. pls look in to the matter.

Purchased tap on 6th August, after fixing found tap faulty raised complaint on August 16th with complaint number cbg/160818/19.regularly following up with customer care but issue is still not resolved. need immediate attention.

Parry ware flush tank candied. Water not getting stored in the flush. It is leaking in to the commode. Need service from parry ware.

My bathroom mixer was leaking and after attending the problem the company alpha system of kanpur up charged me 250/- for changing the spindle. The mixer again started leaking the next attending person - prakash of alpha system said that only one spindle was changed earlier so he has to change the second one. What kind of service is this. Parrryware was reputed for its good service and the same has deteriorated by out sourcing the service to third grade service providers. My mixer should be repaired immediately free of cost if the company values its customers.

I have purchased FLAIR WALL-HUNG WITH CISTERN TOILETS IN WHITE COLOUR on 27th Nov 2020 and same has installed on 7th Dec 2020 since then I'm facing lots of leakage issue with the product I have complained 3 times about this issue, technician Mr. Avdesh Kumar has visited thrice for this issue but problem still persist, he recently visited on 31st Dec 2020 and changed a connection pipes costs Rs. 200/- but leakage again started from day before yesterday. I'm highly dissatisfied with the product and it seems there is some manufacturing defect, I have never expected from a prestigious company's product like Parryware. It feels so annoying.

I request you to do the needful to fix this issue as earliest.

Within one year of usage of parryware WC, the water blockage problem occurred. Despite of so many complaints, no action taken. Only saying wait for 2 3 days. The service centre misbehaved. The other person not attending the call. Even after 6 days of registration, no action taken by the company. Worst product and worst service.

I bought a new commode but there was a problem in that setting.your technician was not able to solve that problem.

To stop the water leakage, plumber has suggested to replace the intake value. Please let us know,

2. How much it cost?

Commode seat belt screws are missing.

I have purchased 3 full suit cute closet and 4 washbasins. Among all the four i need to change one cute model seat cover due it getting yellowish in color. I have registered complaint on Feb 4th 2023 but unfortunately it has not been resolved and its still pending. As a regular customer of Parryware it is first time i am facing such issues and this time the customer care is not prompt. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
