I had very worst experience with Blue star. I brought Blue star AC 2 years back and facing the issue from last one year. AC remote is not working and after logging a complaint service engineer (Umesh- 9327188832) came and told that display needs to be changed. I told them change it after he told he will bring it and replace it. After so many follow-up he told I had ordered your display but not came yet. He gave me his superiors no (Anil- 9106894544). I also called him and he told it will be come soon. He didn't replied after 15 days i got a no of other person (Raval Alpesh-8849017780 ) who told I will look into this and resolved it. After that I took follow-up 3 times but still complain not resolved and they told you can registered a complain. I strongly recommend not to buy blue star AC due to its worst service.

I bought Bluestar 3-star inverter AC from Cooling Matrix around 15 months ago, Bhopal. Two times AC Indoor Motor Changes and One time PCB is not working again both parts are not working AC in dead condition. only 1-year duration AC 3 times repaired what quality and material you have used for your product production. Blue star brach AC not working for more than a year. I want a full replacement of my AC as soon as possible.
amount paid for indoor motor change for 2000 with service charge
PCB warranty is 5 years. The compressor warranty is 10 years

I had one ac hardly 10 month old their is a small leakage in the system but they are not able to repair on the site they said need to bring service centre I said ok but one condition can you make sure that this complaint will not happen again minimum 5 years they said no so I believe that quality of the product is bad that is the reason thay can't give a warranty on their work still my unit is not not working the engineer here in kannur is an useless guy he don't know how to handle the customer.

If you can't give me a warranty on your work give me a new unit if you are not willing take your ac and re fund my money back otherwise I go to the consumer court . We buy a AC for minimum 5 years work with out any problem every 10 month I need to send the unit to the service centre it is not easy they will damage my paint every removal and fixing.

I had 3 AC from another brand all of them working fine only blue star giving me problems I don't want this brand in my house very bad service also your service provider in kannur don't know how to speak.

I had problem with every single part in the Split 1.5 to. A/C
First the Led went off one the 3 rd day of purchase
Second the coil was burnt
Third water was leaking inside the inner unit
Fourth the remote did not work
Fifth the condenser ruined our machine
Sixth the fan did not work in the outer unit

Almost everything is a problem.
