I am not so rich and I cannot afford these things so many time please replace my headphones. it is broken while using. Earphone broken from the middle. the wire broke from the middle of my boat Bassheads100 taffy pink earphone.

Recently bought wireless headset of boat rocker but its not working seriously i m not happy with the product.

Airdrops not working properly. One side headphone no work please replace headphone.

My blutooth are bass not clear warantty 6 months. I request solve my problem.

Hi Team,

This is mail regarding the service and pathetic response Which was received from the Boat side. It's a recent experience which shows the boat People are working. My Wife visited the Service center on 24th May '22 @Laxmi nagar service Center for Boat Watch issues which she was facing on Product. Ticket no - 21121511, Service Center person asks that the watch will be replaced and my Wife clearly says they need the same colour or black..

After a Week Received a new Watch, But the colour was not the same. Is that the attention boat people give to customers? Kindly answer me

Are we spending time on the same and visiting again and again for Issue?
Customers spend money for a product, as the company will take care of customer issues rightly.
If the Wife clearly asks for colour so how Colour has been changed now.
Finally, will I get what I am looking for, a boat, or getting value for my money?

I have a boat xtend rtl pitch black smart watch. The strap of my watch got loose within 15-20 days of purchasing it, so I claimed for warranty. They took my watch and returned it to me in completely damaged condition after more than a week claiming there is a physical damage in my watch. Why don't you ask your delivery agent that I gave him the watch in proper condition and initially there was only a minor damage around the strap, otherwise the watch was fine. But now I have received my watch in two pieces! The service center has completely damaged my product! I want it replaced anyhow or refund me my money! Literally the worst of services I could ever expect! If you weren't willing to replace my product atleast you should have returned it to me in the condition I gave the product instead of damaging it more!

I need to claim my warranty for my headphones.... it is not working properly... one side is audible and the other side is not audible so,i need to claim my warranty for my headphones. I have send your team members mail but no response from their end after follow up of around days. As a reputed brand, I know that I will soon get the valuable response. Waiting for it.

I have bought wireless earbuds on 30/6/22 but that's not working properly.one of them is not working and other have charging issue that's not charged properly and work for only one hour even after full charged. Kindly help me sir. your customer care number is also not active, I have called Many times to contact you. sir please check this issue.
