my order id is OD304730272376928000 and seller is, KPBOOKS...
now my complaint is that i ordered lucent's general knowledge (english), on 18 December, 2015 7:33 PM.... but the print rate on back of tha book cover is 180/- , but the amount i had to pay was 239... its clearly the case of fraud, even if it is just the matter of Rs60, its a fraud. how is this possible that you people, asked for Rs 239/- when the original amount is Rs 180/- as printed on the book, now what should i do?? should i complaint about it to consumer court... i am very disappointed by flipkart, never expected this from flipkart.... i am returning this item as well, and i am not going to purchase from flipkart henceforth, and i will provide my reviews to my friends relatives, as well, so they will also avoid buying anything from flipkart. This is the case of a book which is having this print rate, now what about the items that doesn't have print rate on them...i have shopped earlier from flipkart, so now i think i have always paid more for those items.... please reply me ASAP.

Its a worst company (flipkart). I was placed an order of samsung on7 n they send me a wrong n defect item samsung Z3 on Dec 3 i received this damaged n wrong item. since i was calling from 3rd Dec to customer care center but no executive is responding properly to my call. so guys plz plz plz dont buy any product from dz flipkart worst n useless flipkart service.

Flipkart is very reputed company. But it is very bad to say that company is not providing what it is saying. Your company is giving advertisement in leading newspapers that PRODUCT EXCHANGE OFFER is applicable on Samsung galaxy Mobile on5 and on7 on flipkart Mobile App for 21 to 23 December 2015. But when we download the app then there is not such offer. Why company is making fool to common man if there is no such offer.

I had purchase this phone at 9999 and with in the time period of warranty there is a defect in the screen which shows different color patterns or we can say patches on the screen. Want to change my set but not showing any return tab on application. Moreover no customer care number is connected while making call flipkart is useless whereas amazon is best for this even there is a call back action and with in few seconds they call back us and inquired about our problem.

I had made an online purchase of 5 tires during the sale (21stDec-23rdDec 2015) which i got for a discounted price. I had to place the order 5 individual times as the option to increase the quantity was deactivated. I Got a call from flipkart immediately to check whether i have made any duplication of order or placed the order bi-mistake. I confirmed saying there is no duplication and all 5 bookings were done by me and verified the same and also they accepted the same. I got a message saying the shipper as accepted the order and the shipment is ready to be shipped and packed by the seller.

On 24th Dec i receive two tires and the remaining 3 showed as estimated date of delivery by 29th Dec. The shocking part is yesterday i get a message saying refund initiated as we apologize.

I was shocked, i called to check to my surprise there are telling we cant deliver as all 5 have been booked by me. Then why did they accept earlier and confirmed for delivery. Without my concern they initiated the refund. I want the tires and not the refund. The fault is from end. Please help me in getting justice. I have all messages related to accepatnce, shipment and order confirmation. I would require your help in getting proper justice.

I have bought two Moto G3 products last month. One is working properly and the other is not working properly. Some of the functions are not working good. Files are not loading in to the player and google play is not working. I have seen this problem in 2nd generation but this problem agian in 3rd generation also. Today morning i have received sms from flipkart that order is rejected by customer, its very disgusting. I have not rejected the order. I have talk to customer service on phone and told that its not true. I have talked to courier man also. But he said mobile is damaged but its not true.

So please do not cancel my order. You can send at any time. I am regular buyer of flipkart and its not the way to behave with the customer. I have never rejected the order nor the mobile is damaged... So don't reject it on my behalf.

Dear Flipkart

This is one kind of cheating, see the attached files containing the old mobile phone which flip cover was damaged by your courier man and you have done sms to me that customer rejected the order. I think your courier and/or you are not interested to deliver the product and held my amount for the said duration.
In the evening the courier man also called me and said that I am returning the parcel !!!!!!

I have clearly said to him that I don't want to return the parcel. But after my talk I have received the sms from flipkart that return requested!!! How these kind of cheating is appropriate for the giant online company like flipkart ??? How ever it will be my last visit to your website and I will never buy any kind of products from so called consumer friendly Flipkart !!!! I am goin to file a legal case too on flipkart.

However Rs. 7040 is not a big amount for me and to the flipkart too, but the trust is more important and this is not the way to behave with the regular customer. I will let you know the strength of common man at any cost.

I am PRASHANTH. I have ordered an Apple iPhone 5 32 GB on your site FLIPKART which worth RS. 30,000 and delivered on 23 JULY 2015 .It's not working from 10 days . I Just visited the apple service center they said that is a fake one and it is of the 3rd quality.

i ordered the sony cp v10-a power bank from flipkart. First of all, i ordered the product in white colour and the product which i received was of golden colour. The product was really in a bad condition, the cable was of another company and the product did not feel like sony and my mobile was also not charging. I ordered a replacement for the product and i received a samsung power bank..this was not at all expected from flipkart..i dont think i will be able to order anything from flipkart from now on. Will tell all my acquaintances that flipkart is a cheater...i want my money back or else i will take serious action against flipkart. This is really not acceptable.... if you think you can fool your customers then that is not going to happen.

I have order a tampered glass from flipkart but they send me the wrong shipment so I return the product and my money has not refund in my account. I have call the customer support 5 times but no one did any thing. You fools what is you all doing this you continued doing this things again and again then no one will buy anythings from flipkart. Recently had ordered a pair of footwear. I had ordered size 37 & they sent me size 41! ( Imagine Flipkart bungling like this!) Wait picture abhi baki hai! I asked for exchange and they promptly collected the old pair & sent me size 36!! ( Don't flipkart fellows know numbers?) On asking for exchange thay said that size 36 is not available! So pehle bolna tha na? Very promptly they collected the pair & promised to refund the amount - Rs. 549.00. Not a big amount but why are we taken for a ride? Till date I have not received the refund despite repeated reminders. My order number was 204394041123002000. The incident number was IN1512041143378927370]. Flikart you have lost my trust.

This is very sad that the trusted app FLIPKART has dissapointed me alot. When i had sent a request for replacement. Then i had called them many of times to cross check abt my request. Each tym the executive wd say that ur request is accepted bt when i would call again to cross check the executive say that my request was not accepted. After bearing so much troubles, i received the replaced product and i again received a wrong product.....very sad with ur service.

My product full name is "Unnati polyester multi-color self design eyelet long door curtain". I had many things purchased from flipkart team but this curtain purchasing experince is very bad. When I open my product after pay amount of rs 950, I saw there are 3 multi colour curtain... Colour are black, brown, purple. After that I make a call to mr brijesh kumar vishwakarma 7088116488 (delivery boy) to inform u this product is full different which I order to flipkart. Kindly take this product from me and return my money but he deny he said I delivered.... I said u take my sign to your papers but he said I am done now I have a function at my home. I just only want return my money other wise same product which I ordered. Kindly help me, I will wait for your reply.

I bought a Samsung power bank (10000 mah) On 26 August 2015 from flipkart. I was not working more than 5 min. than from 27 August to 27 November I have complained for my refund more than 10 times. now I am not in a mood of complaining anymore. I am planning to knock the door of consumer forum and courts and now I realise that flipkart is impatient...!!

I have bought many products from flipkart but now i am shocked when i came to know that they have delivered a reuse/repaired product to me. I have bought a mobile Nexus 5 in oct 15 & due to some issue in mobile i went to service centre on 13th jan 16 they told me that this mobile is already registered with another person as they checked in service history & refused to give me the warranty.

I have called to flipkart customer care & raised a complaint IN1601131241189799741 on 13th jan 16 but still my issue is not resolved & their response is very poor. I will go to consumer court if my issue is not resolved immediately.

Mathematics (Class 9) ...order OD204934293633577000 with Flipkart.com, you have cancelled due to unavailability with seller. But when I have ordered that time I was available. That time its prize was only Rs 325. In less amount I have ordered thats why you have cancelled my order. You have sent sms to me that you will get your book on 23 jan, I have spoke to customer care he also told me dont worry you will get you book on 23 only.But after 6 days you are sending cancelled order, Sir expect justice from you. If I will not get then I will delete my flipkart apks and hence forth I will not purchase anything from flipkart.

I placed an order on 3rd January of 2016, 4:55 p.m., Product Name:- Flyfilms Flat Surface Flat Placement Camera Mount (Flyfilms 5000 Steadicam), and I was given a promissory delivery date on behalf of Flipkart by 16th January 2016. Whereas, the fact is, it is very unfortunate to say and experience that 'ekart' (the courier service company) don't seem to be enough careful, responsible, active & well-discipline to deliver the product in "PROPER TIME". When I was in very much of need of the product it seemed, this courier service company which with an well renounced online shopping giant "FLIPKART" is tagged with, completely failed to deliver the said item to me. And surprisingly, today on 16th January 2016, when I checked the present status to ensure the whereabouts of the product, the application system showed me that the promissory delivery date suddenly changed from the previous date to 19th January 2016. This is very unfortunate. I mean this is disgusting. If you people can't deliver such products as per your promissory issues given to us then please don't concern customers your rubbish date events.

Being an avid customer of "FLIPKART" this is an embarrassment experience that I've gone through for the first time. I'm complaining this that try to be little attentive about "Time", that when to deliver and where to deliver in proper way with proper RESPONSIBILITY. Upgrade your service providing efficiency.

I just want to tell you flipkart people if I didn't get my refund on time..You will see what I am capable of doing..You should give people is money, people do work hard for that but you people are robbing us..Some of us are students so we are not working. You better give customers refund and I returned back three items and I need my full money in my account after 5 days.

I had ordered for elite handicrafts poly cotton checkered women's dupattas of 3 colour combo set but wt I got was shocking. I got a normal cotton dupatta of ash colour which I never ordered for. plz refund my amount as soon as possible.

I am your regular customer. I have replaced my order I've purchased a lovely leather jacket from Flipkart.com. I am really enjoying my jacket but recently there is some fading away on the collar and parts of the leather jacket which has left me very sad as this is a genuine lamb quality.

Please help advise me as to why this has happened?? I am really disappointed as I only have the jacket for about 1 months and hope you can assist me in some way regarding my problem. I only wear the jacket maybe once every two weeks, so it is not over used. Also, the jacket has not been left out in the sun so I cannot understand how this fading has happened

a intex pb 11000 mah was booked by me from flipkart.... they delivered me a fake pb with only 1000 mah local duplicate battery with the tag of SONY PB.Now I want to know that who is responsible for this kind of fraud FLIPKART or the SUPPLIER ??
