I have taken my phone to service center for Phone home screen not responding. They told me that display should be changed. It seems so lengthy and slow process. From service center..about 15th days. I like to know when my phone display going to be dispatched ... and also... u can verify ... my job sheet... job sheet no. JS15041600298.

Please respond my complaint as fast as possible u can.

I had gave my Phone to your Coimbatore Service center (Celtronix) on MAY 5, 2015. They had send the same to your Chennai Service center as the spare were unavailable with them. But till day i had received any information from them even i continously contacted them. My Job sheet no: JS15050500353 & Serial Number 864587021492286. Their promised return date as per Job sheet was MAY 13,2015.

I had purchased a one plus one phone of Rs.21,999/- through Amazone on 13/2/2015. After 8 months the show complaint i.e the sim is not identified. The phone was handed over the authorised service center "Smart Technologies" Ernakulam, Kochi on 14/9/2015 [Service call note no.3342-Customer name -Sreedevi-my daughter]. They promised to get it repaired with 10 working days. After ten days i have contacted the service center daily till date [8/10/2015], they informed that the spare is not arrived from your end. I wonder how the spare of a phone costing Rs.22,000/- is not provided in an authorised, even though they placed the order on 14/9/2015.

Three e-mail have been sent to support.in@oneplus.net in this regard, they replied that my complaint was looked into. but no action has seen taken from your part to repair my phone.On 7/10/2015, i sent another e-mail to Shri.Shaik Quadeer, informing that if the set is not repaired with in one week time i.e before 14/10/2014, i have no other way but to approach the consumer dispute redressal forum, Ernakulam, giving wide publicity in the news paper. The mail is not replied yet. I have also given the mail to the authorised service center, Ernakulam. This is for your information please.

One plus two phone is very bad phone and this phone is battery drain problem. In service center my problem is not solve and service center not give proper service as this handset is faulty. They not solve my problem, solve my problem I request you plz.

I had purchase my phone on 08-04-2017 there was some issue with the incoming call I was not getting calls, I called to customer care but they just told me to do reset network but that doesn't work. So I took my phone to service center after 2 weeks they checked and said motherboard problem and need to replace the motherboard. I didn't agree to change the motherboard, I asked the service guy to change my phone but he denied saying within 10 days they can able to replace the phone,since my phone was 2 weeks old, so I contacted the Showroom Manager and explained the scenario, He asked me to drop a mail, I sent him the detailed mail, He coordinate with internal Team and helped to replace my phone.

I have spent 15000 for such pathetic phone, it was my huge mistake that I bought this phone. (One Plus X) black color, though my friend and relative had not suggested to buy this phone. Just completed 7-8 month & and phone is getting toooooo hot while talking or while on charge. If this is the condition of the phone just in 7-8 month then just imagine what would be the condition after completion of 1 year of this phone. And a part of that the phone battery's is getting drained frequently and it's getting hanged during charging. Really I didn't heard such a problem like this means its getting hanged during charging. And sometime the mike of the phone is also not working, if I start writing the cons of this phone then the sheet is not sufficient for me.

It's my request to you solve this problem as early as possible.

I have oneplus5 8gb mobile set, i used format and installation software in 2/3 times in mobile after that my internal memory is 111.31gb and ram is just 7723mb showing. I want to know what after formatting internal storage space or ram space decreases? What should i do to back retain full storage capacity in mobile?? If it's can't please tell me in detail why should i can't retain? I'm so tension from few days please tell me. Hope i found response my problem solution soon.

Suppose i will buy a new mobile from your service center. I will get mobile with headphones or not? Because I watched in a video that there was only mobile, and charger no headphones. so please confirm it.

I had purchased one plus 5T phone about 2 months back now since last 2 days the display of the phone has become blue and blurred. I had visited Borivali (West), Mumbai Service Centre but they told me that the company can not repair it under warranty. If I will not get my phone repaired free of cost, I shall file case before consumer court and other competent authorities.

Hi,
I brought oneplus 6t from oneplus official website and the silicon case with the phone was damaged when i opened it.It have so many scratches on the back of silicon case. After receiving the case i immediately called oneplus executive informing about the issue you guys can also check it at your end.

Since 2 weeks your executives are telling me to wait as the case is out stock we will send u asap. i have it on recording as well that your executive(prince on 2dec2019) told me logistic team has said that they will send it asap ,but today i got a mail saying that it is intact condition. what is going on with oneplus such a bad service. every time i call your executive told me that your has been escalated its been more than 2 weeks now. i never received till now i have all the recording saying we will delivered u the new case asap.

Today (26-02-2019) i have went to Oneplus service centre in Madurai at 11:15 AM along with my Oneplus 6 and the device details as follows.

Model - Oneplus 6
Ram - 6 GB
Storage - 64 GB
Colour - Black
IMEL No - 8682263032404654 and 868263032404647
MEID - 99001157170232

My compliant for my device sensor not working during call and display brightness not works correctly and the service centre representative said is compliant will be cure after software reinstall and have accepted and agreed to pay Rs 472/.

After that i have received phone call from the above representative and told your device sensor is not working and need to be replaced and will be tell the cost.

At 02:45 PM i have visit the above service centre and enquire about my device and the Oneplus service centre representative again said that my Oneplus 6 display need to be replaced for the rectification of the works and Rs 8250/ cost.

And also he said that they had done software reinstall and sensor replaced but the above same repair not cure so need to be display replacement.

I am not accepted and take my from them with out cure my problem and they charged Rs 250/ for service. At last i went my home and then remove the Temper glass on my Oneplus 6 then make call and the above both problem automatically solved.

Conclusion: The service centre was not works properly and not give correct information to the customer and in the above issues i have not like to use Oneplus 6 and i hate it. The Oneplus service centre Madurai technicians are not works genuine and they opened my Oneplus 6 device with out any compliant and i am totally disappointed with this.

I want Justice for the above issue.

As Salaamuailikum. my OnePlus 3t mobile phone back camera issue is shaking. could you solve my problem please. thanks.

I am Nitesh, i purchased OnePlus 7 Pro Mirror Grey 8Gb RAM 256Gb Storage on 6th October, 2019 (i.e Sunday) from Croma Store which is situated at Fort, Mumbai. At the day of purchased after 1 hour i checked its gravity sensor but it was not working, so i thought must be some settings issue and that day gone. Next day, when i was taking selfie my cell fell down again the same that Gravity Sensor didn't worked. I took your phone to OnePlus Service Center which is located at D.N Road, Mumbai CST. Ajay Senior Officer was very rude, he don't have any manner how to talk to customer. Ajay told me that if cell fall down on pop up camera after that sensor works so i told him i will show you the live demo how it works. The issue is not solved, even their demo piece of OnePlus 7 Pro was defective because its Gravity sensor was not working, so i told him i know how this sensor worked, i showed him video how Gravity Sensor worked on my friends cell and again i visited Croma store in fort, taken a live video as per he said. All videos i showed him, he took my cell with him, came after long discussion and said cell will not replace, we have to diagnose. I have given in written what they want me to diagnose that phone. but my concern is that if my cell is defective, your company should give the replacement. Hope u understood my concern.

Kindly update me as soon as possible. I don't want to get repaired that phone because hardly its 3 days i purchased, all this concern i shared with Ajay and your Bangalore Contact Support Senior Executive Mr. Haider.

My contact number is 9996786118. I have sent my One plus 5T phone at service centre. There is no physical damage in phone. Phone showing power off screen and got off. Phone not started and shown to service centre also. Service centre representative is telling expenses about 20000 INR. In today era who is going to pay 20000 for 1 years 7 months old phone. Please repair my phone at reasonable price.

To Whoever is in charge of these grenades,

I'm very disappointed with your Cx svc and I feel pathetic that I not only bought this phone I recommend your brand to my friends, my phone OnePlus7 less than a year old blew up while Playing music on a desk few meters away from my 2 yr old son. All I was trying is to get this fixed/replaced under warranty. Your service guys are making a mockery of honest customers by giving vague reason and now they have gone further in putting the blame entirely on me.

1. They said there was water entry. Not a drop of water has so far splashed on the phone so far, let alone water entering the phone. If they prove it, I will pay for the service and walk out purchasing one of your latest phone. They couldn't prove it.
2. Then they said it is because of the phone charger. Phone was not even getting charged when this happened. The charging port is intact for investigation. I have my charger which is A OK.
3. They said I've used "duplicate" charger. Your chargers are by far the best I have seen which charges the phone very fast, I don't see a reason why I will be using a "duplicate" charger. Unless what came out of the box is duplicate.
4. They said I used a bad phone cover. I have used original OnePlus cover and the same out of shape cover is with me now as proof.
5.They are now saying that I have repaired from unauthorised service shop, I don't know how could you people say like this why would even think about this for my new phone which is still under warranty and even I purchased extended warranty.

I have been a huge fan of @oneplus and I've advocate the same to many friends and they have bought your products because of me. And this is how you respect your loyal customers. Now if you come to think of it, something like this wouldn't happen to @Apple customers. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for quality and service, and I hope the switch from Android to Apple would be easy.

@OnePlus_IN, You not only lost a customer, you lost a very good ambassador who spoke highly of your brand. You handed over a customer @Apple .

Dear Team,

This is to inform you about a faulty mobile phone which I had purchased from Gunjan Store which is in Dahisar and it has been only 2 days since its purchase. The front Camera of Oneplus Nord CE 5G doesn't give a clear picture and deep impression. Its front camera is not working like a normal camera and while doing video calls our face looks blurry and too wired.

I had handover the defective piece to store and they will do the needful.

But I feel cheated to have such a defective phone and that from ONEPLUS.

Request you to replace it and handover a new proper phone otherwise i have to take action against it.

Waiting for your revert.

Before 10 days logistics take earphone for repair but on 10 day earphone not reach at service center. I haven't seen such bad service yet. If you guys tweet to such a customer, then we will stop taking the goods.

I am having one plus 8T. It was performing well but suddenly on Oct 11th'21 it showed the error- Qualcomm crash Dump Mode and it has not been a year to the 8T till date.

To resolve this error I have used the One Plus care app pick-up and drop service and I had given my Phone to them on 13th Oct'21 and they dropped it at some Bangalore Service center on Oct 15, 2021. And now it is 6th Nov'21 which is already 22 days to the complaint But till day I had not received any information from them even though I continuously contacted them. And the status which is shown on the app is that they are still waiting for a few parts to start the repair of the device (that is they haven't even started the repair yet). Also they didn't even contact me for any updates so that i should be not worrying about it and it is already so much time to the device with one plus service center and one plus can't even resolve one issue on time.

This behaviour of keeping the customer unsatisfied with the device and services is unexpected from One plus. I am still without my phone and only hoping that One plus will consider and revert to my problem and get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

I have been trying to reach the customer care executives from past 20 days. Daily i use to call them and everytime it says they are busy. If a reputed company like one plus can't cater its customer grievances then you should definitely shut all your customer care centers. I purchased one plus bullets for 1999 thinking that such a huge investment in this product will surely give good return but what happens after 3 months... The left side of earphones isn't giving proper sound in comparison to the right side of earphone and whenever i use earphones during calls it produces crackling sound due to which the person on other side is unable to hear me and also the buttons have stopped working.

I didn't expected such a bad quality from this company.. now I won't be purchasing one more pair of the same earphones for my mom after such bad experience from your product as well as customer care executives. I want speedy change of my earphones as they are on warranty.

We was bought Oneplus led tv in feb-22. It was complaint due to product quality(power off). One time replace by refurbished but issue not resolve. Now i am tired doing complaint and your engg. was saying i have no solution of this issue.... not getting any positive response. Afterdoing many complaint now i am upset from your product quality.
