I bought 2 tons split ac 15 days back, since 4th day cooling went down to zero. It is almost 10 days since last we are waiting to get it repaired. Being reputed company I choose blue star but had regretting experience. My other rooms have diakin no llyod ac. It is almost 8 years I don't have any problem, pl look into the matter. After spending too much I am surprised have to so much handicap.

Product stop working whitin two year, no service provided by blue star. I lost eight thousand in blue star air cooler. I raise service request on 24th April'22 and ticket id. B22042402400 is not respond till date.

**Don't purchase bluestar products very poor service :(
