Today IVisited Big bajar branch clock tower, Dehradoon cashier standing 1,20Pm diverting customers other counters while they were idle. due to loose control of Manager Remove three cashier of this time duty immediately for smooth running of your above branch. All other staff know this incidence of today.

Quality of Cleanmate handwash is very bad... They uses detergent water as a hand wash... Bad smell, highly sensitive to skin.... Request to other customer don't buy this cheap product of cleanmate.

I had a very bag experience with big bazar while shopping online. Delivery was slow and also wrong items were send.

I have ordered product from Darjeeling Big Bazaar on 7th Dec 2021when my mother in law received the product deliver boy Mr Rupen Karkidolay said that he does not have Rs 100 change he will return it soon. But still it is pending. Please help to return it ASAP.

Very poor service and ill behaviour of your staff. Had placed my order two time for which payment was also made through online mode as cash on delivery service is not available at your platform. Till now I have not get the delivery of my order and without any information the order was cancelled twice. On inquiry the behaviour of staff was very poor.

I bought two packs of strawberry from Bigbazaar- Tripura. The strawberries were rotten and fungus infected, the pack was bought on 22/01/2022.

I have been a regular customer of big bazaar for 4-5 Years and I took a Profit card through Bajaj Finance as a Bigbazar member offered me Last year. And they said EMI Rs.2000 would deduct every month. Now Bajaj Finance is closed and my amount of 10000 is stuck on the card hence I want all the money back please acknowledge and help to get my own money back. Moreover, the big bazaar's Contact number is unreachable we would not expect this kind of money laundering behavior from so a renowned brand big Bazar. hope to get a reply soon.

Your most of the Outlet has closed more than 3 months. I purchase from Rabindra Sarani Outlet of Kolkata. That outlet has closed from February 2022. I several times go their for purchasing. But now that outlet has closed. So I go to Sealdah, Kolkata outlet, that outlet is become now JIO outlet. Then I go to Esplanade outlet, their nothing is found for me. Then I asked a person of your BB Store for regarding my CARD BALANCE. He cannot hear me. So I want to know how I get back my deposited amount refund.

I have availed BigBazaar Profit Club Membership vide Card No. 92200732049825. We (me & my wife) went yesterday on 20/3/2022 to BigBazaar Sarai Faridabad for purchasing goods/grocery, etc. for home but Security Guard did not allow to enter but informed that Big Bazaar has been sold to reliance, the store will reopen in next month so come in next month (April,2022). But the BigBazaar Sarai Faridabad is still inoperative or CLOSED.

2. Now, I want to know :-

(ii) Whether our balance money in the Club Card has been lost or not ?
(iii) If not whether we will be allowed to purchase items from its new renamed organization from Card?

I am holding this "Big Bazaar Profit Club Card" with a balance of Rs. 2049 as on February 2022 / as on date, but, as Big Bazaar / FBB stores have been closed in Kolkata I am unable to use this card in any of the local stores anymore, so as to redeem the balance amount. I have sent an email to the customer care id (care@bigbazaar.com) last month regarding this matter but have not received any response so far. As this money is stuck & this card is valid till 31/08/2022, please suggest a way by which this balance amount may be redeemed by me or please process refund of the same.
