I have never spoken against any brand..but your kutchina servicing and customer care is worse than hell..I am sorry to say but I am really regretting that I trusted your company and bought 2 products Dishwasher and Chimney.

I am having issue in dishwasher controlling buttons and improper working for which I have complained 6 months ago but still my issue remains unresolved... seriously..6 MONTHS.

Yesterday my Chimney stopped working..I contacted kutchina service centre ..who told me that a technician will contact me for the same. No one called back..and today...10 pm at so late hour a message came on my phone that your case is successfully closed... what the hell does all this mean...?? I extremely regret trusting your brand and buying appliances. If you still have any shame then.. revert to my complaint.

An agreement made with T.D.Enterprise,kolkata 700056for servicing kuchina chimney for a period of one since 3rd July,2021. after one service service provider send people for servicing after repeated reminder and didn't clean the machine properly without opening the the blower and committed to provide another person to proper service.but they neither send any person nor vomit to send the same and ultimately refused to send any for proper service. in this context it's requested look into the matter as they have already taken the money against.

After buying Tablet 3B which is the latest hob top from kutchina and is not cheap. Within 4 days of installation the main burner was giving issues and the cherry on the ice is that the dealers don’t pick up the phone, customer care is poor.

Never ever recommend kutchina product.

I wanted to get the servicing of my chimney, so regarding that I called the customer from this number 8851770286, the person I talked to on customer care adviced/suggested me that if I get AMC I'll get three servicing yearly (free of cost because I had gotten the AMC ) and I won't have to pay any extra charges. So I got the AMC done, today i got a call from customer care (from the same person I talked to before) he asked me if I had got my AMC done(I had gotten it done as he asked me to), and that he'll send a technician and he asked me to pay the technician after the work is done. The person I talked to on customer care (when he asked me to get the AMC) didn't tell me that I will have to pay for one servicing and then my AMC will start, He misguided me and pressurized me on getting an AMC. He didn't accept his mistake either and was arguing too. Even the technician called me and asked that if I had gotten my AMC meaning he wouldn't do the servicing if I hadn't got my AMC.

And if I had to pay for the servicing why would I get an AMC either way. And he didn't tell me in any way that i would have to pay for a servicing and he told me today suddenly that i would have to (after I got the AMC). To solve this issue I'd like to hear and ask the authorities to hear the recordings of the call and also send me/mail me a copy of the recordings. And strict actions should be taken and I'd like to know what action were taken.

I have a fresh chimney which is not working since last 15 days.I lodged a complain on customer care no on 12.9.22 Mr Sanjay sarkar picked my call and lodged a complain on 12.9.22 but I have not received any message or get a call from company boy till date.Chimney is still out of order.This is poor service of company.

i having an issue in my kutchina table top, call no. 202212122363355, Even after repeated call still no any response from service end,really very third class service and service respond from kuchina. i ll never ever buy any product from kutchina and never recomand to any one..i will wait for today only,them i will go to consumer forum for legal action against this kind of service.

Extremely poor servicing and the service person was too rude and arrogant. Service person was not bothered too listen any complain. Worst company and servicing is way bad.

For your reference Kuthina service people are coming 3-4 times however stall oil leaking near light and directly coming on food while cooking.

Requested for replacement no one doing this.

I had bought a Smartec Kutchina chimney in 2018. On 28.03.2024 a mechanic came to my residence at 64 Aurobindo Sarani Kol 700006 for servicing. After completing his work he said that one fan motor of the chimney is not working,he also said that the chimney is an obsolete model. Though the warranty of the motor was still valid, he said nothing can be done. I have to buy a new one and throw this away.

Now my question is why should I have to buy a new when the chimney is still in warranty. I think this is cheating. The Kutchina company should find a solution to this problem, otherwise I have lodge a complaint to CONSUMER FORUM.
