My car Chevrolet Spark BR O1BB 3035 My driver's license and some carriage paper has been lost for which you are requested to make me a duplicate. Call me 9771891584.

On the Sep 19 2021 was crossing hosur on the way from coimbatore to Bangalore, my car Chevrolet Aveo KA03MK8707 broke down very near the hosur auth service centre, It was a Sunday and late evening only 1 person there took some help but they could not repair. Due to Heating or coolant leak etc the Car was not in driving condition any more.Since it was an authorised centre, I left the car there and left in a cab to Bangalore. The guy at the garage  had before that tried his best to check as much as possible but required more extensive work. He was the only positive and was motivated to get it repaired at that centre instead of towing the vehicle from there.

After 10 days and some escalation later got a quote on 28th Sep 2021, after a gap of couple of days sent the consent to start work as per the quote based on confirmation once the tasks are done the vehicle will be fine. Little did I know that was FAR from the truth.Then Got the bill on 18th Oct and asked for home delivery to bangalore, very clearly asked to do a test ride and then handover. First Bill paid 50545 plus delivery charge to the driver cash(50K paid online directly to account).

On that day itself the first thing I noticed was when the car arrived the A/c was not working so told the same to the driver he tried something with the circuits and after about 30 mins work was able to make it work and he left.On Oct 21st on first day to take it to work within 1 kms from home started seeing the pump alert on the dashboard informed service centre. was reassured that its a temporary thing and alert only when the temperature alert rises or drop in acceleration. Somehow reached office about 15kms from home, on the evening way back again the blink started and hot air started coming from the engine  in about another 5kms of travel evening peak traffic way back. Had to stop every two minutes and after complaining to the service centre and after a lot of arguments, who decided to come again with their vehicle somehow reached home.

They came, must say quite promptly as it was already 9pm or 10pm  took some time a couple of hrs to figure out the issue, put a replacement coolant cap and took a small test ride. But I was not convinced and asked them to take the vehicle back and again check properly as  I was already scared and scared of the way it had stopped in the middle of peak traffic.

Oct 23rd small bill 1912 was paid online on receiving in whatsapp and car delivered at my address 2nd time. Was not available at the address as was out of city and it was parked and keys handed over to security. Needed the car next day so was ok with this arrangement.

On coming back on Oct 24th on the way to work again I noticed the same pump blinker coming on and off and realized a small new issue: the Power Windows on the left rear side was not working at all suddenly. Again called all the concerned people even tried complaining to the number of Vinesh Dharma who incidentally was the Chevrolet Area Manager as per the board at the service centre.(have proof of it).Clearly told the Thrive motors or hosur guys please connect me to a GM employee who can help me in getting some help at a nearby service centre and actually identify the real issue instead of doing to and fro from Hosur. Will get back to you was the response from Jafer and others at the centre. Nobody got back.Totally  frustrated and despondent on 10th Nov I logged a complaint about this at the Helpline number.Within a couple of days someone from thrive called again and asked the same thing. Twice have given the car in Hosur and after an expense of 53k status is still the same. Please connect to GM company and help me with a nearby service centre.Forgotten again after another week someone calls as a follow up call to the complaint and explain the same thing and to all have continuously explained that there is another service centre nearby to my residence in Marathalli and can please connect through them as I have already paid for the repairs which was never done.Today again on way to office the Blink was one, Oil Injection blink also came on suddenly and temperature meter just shot the roof and the car stopped in the middle of the road in traffic. After a lot of stops and push could reach near  my office. The temperature meter is at its highest the pump blink is on and oil injection blink also on. 

Called the call centre about the complaint, absolutely not understanding the person who in spite of a lot of push refused to connect with any senior escalation  all effort was to connect with the Marathalli centre who were asking me to tow the vehicle and come. No responsibility taken at all from anyone. "Can't share number" and contacts why is it not a Requirement to have correct employee numbers at all registered places? Talking about professionalism and professional language and where is the professional conduct of an open complaint for 12 days or  any of the previous incidents. After 2 months and 60k spent am at the same place where it all started in the middle of the road on my own to fend for myself. if this is not harassment and torture what is? Is this what general Motors stands for stranding people on the road?
