I have washing machine 6 kg and it has super performance.

We have purchased refrigerator in last July. It was making noise in July, but this was never rectified by customer care. This year it stopped cooling. We have registered complaint about it 20 days back, a mechanic visited on 27th July, 2018, but this problem is not rectified yet. He said compressor will be changed in 1-2 days. However we have made fool by him. Since then everyday I am calling to bosch customer care, they always say we have one option to do, call back. Unfortunately we have never received call back. They have made fool to us for 10 days.
All of our household things are being damaged, because of high heat which costs to damage of around Rs. 1000 per day. So you are requested to provide us a compensation of Rs 20,000 and a new piece of refrigerator. Or return our complete money so that we can buy decent refrigerator of some good company.
We don't recommend this poor product to anybody.
Installation issue
Hi,
This is Surya, last Saturday I have purchased Bosch 7Kg top loaded washing machine from Balaji Electricals in Hyderabad. At the time of purchase the sales manager was told tomorrow i.e Sunday morning product will deliver and Monday morning service technician will come and do the installation & demo. But it was not happen. I called to customer service, he told it will take 48 hours again and he was not shared local technician contact number after requested by me. why such a poor service & unprofessional persons were placed in customer service department. This is very bad experience to me.
May I request you to again again, please send the technician and do the installation as soon as possible.

Letter to MD and vice president
I have purchased BOSH Dishwasher on 10.05.2019 in Visakhapatnam and the dishwasher worked well till 06.06.2019.And failed due to draining motor failure, immediately called the customer care and raised my complaint.The technician Mr. Anand visited my place and intimated us about failure of motor and replaced motor on 11.07.2019 and dishwasher is working well now and also the technician explained the working principle and instructions to be taken for well working condition of the machine.Only delay happened is due to spares are not available in stores and it taken nearly one month to put the machine in service.
Delayed/Not taking serious actions
Hi, I am from Chennai. We have a problem with our washing machine and we registered a complaint on 22/09/2021. They visited and found what is wrong in that machine then we paid for their service also. And they said that we'll be getting a call within two days but we got after 10days. And they asked whether we can order the part for replacing purpose... I accepted, then they said that my order will receive within a week, but It has been like 12-14days still we didn't get. Then I called bosch service, they told me that they itself not aware when the part will be delivered. Then few days before I got a call from a guy his name is prabha who said that the part has arrived can I come for the repair? I said yes please come. But he didn't showed up. After 2days he came and he looked something and said that he doesn't know how to fix, so I will come in the evening with another guy he said. I said okay, but please do not forget. As I expected he didn't arrive that evening. Yesterday morning (13/10/2021) I called him and asked for his absence. He said that it was raining so that he couldn't make it But today will come by this evening 5 he said. I waited till 5:34 pm and again i called him and asked and he said that he won't come instead of that some other guy will come his name is saravanan he said and he gave his number. I dialled him like 4-5 times he kept on hanging up the phone. Later he called me and asked for the issue and i explained what happened and he said that by today(14/10/21) 10:00 am he will call me back but he didn't. Again I called him and asked he said he will call me back in 10mins. It has been like 2hours still he didn't call. I got angry and asked him what is the state now. he is telling that we have to wait till Monday.
I said that I will cancel the order. This is the worst experience had on bosch.

Poor quality and service - Don't waste your money on bosch 6 kg
I bought the Bosch 6 kg fully automatic washing machine three years ago, and after two years of use, it started causing black smoke. I called Bosch for service, and a technician visited twice. However, despite their claims of having fixed the issue, it remained unresolved. They charged me for the service, which was never really fixed.
I called them again, and this time they said that the tub needed to be replaced, which would cost Rs. 20,000. I had bought the machine for Rs. 19,000, and I was shocked that I had to pay more than the cost of the machine to fix it. Additionally, they charged me Rs. 2,500 for fixing an issue that was never resolved.
Overall, my experience with the Bosch 6 kg fully automatic washing machine has been terrible. The quality of the product is poor, and the service is even worse. I would strongly advise against buying this product and wasting your money.
