Sir, I am serving in Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara as a Jr.Asstt from June1996.

My above mentioned Provident Fund account is with your PNB,GT Road,Phagwara-144401.our college administration make FDR,s jointly from my PF Account. On maturity of FDR,s there is renewal process. On maturity of FDR,s there is less amount,s FDR,s made by the above bank branch. which is not right. I have witten complaint lodged to the Manager on 06-04-2021 but there is no action to be taken till date. kindly look into the matter and credit the amount of Rs.7060/- in my above said account. Account no. 0183007600008609 has been closed on 08.06.2015 and closer amount Rs.96082/- of R.D. transfer my saving bank account no. 0183000100370544 on 08.06.2015. So that no any dues are due regarding above account with bank between me.

श्रीमान मेरे कृषि क्रेडिट कार्ड के अकाउंट नंबर 11 6200 8800 290 368 से मेरे हस्ताक्षर के बिना तथा मेरी जानकारी के बिना पंजाब नेशनल बैंक के शाखा प्रबंधक महोदय जोकि जून महीने में ग्राम सनोता के पंजाब नेशनल बैंक में कार्यरत हैं ने केसीसी की धनराशि मेरे सेविंग जिसका खाता नंबर 162000 1001 196 00 में डाल दी जिस कारण मुझे आर्थिक हानि हुई तथा कृषि क्रेडिट कार्ड में मुझे ब्याज देना पड़ेगा जो कि गलत है ! श्रीमान से अनुरोध है कि इस संदर्भ में न्याय संगत कार्रवाई कर करें शाखा प्रबंधक ने इस प्रकार के बहुत से खातों में इस प्रकार का रोड जानबूझकर कर रखा है! जब इस संदर्भ में शाखा प्रबंधक महोदय से शिकायत की तो उन्होंने बैंक में विनीत कुमार (ओमप्रकाश यादव का पुत्र ) से अभद्र व्यवहार किया तथा व्यक्तिगत रूप से मेरे विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करने की धमकी दी!

श्रीमान मैं मांगे पुत्र कृपा पीएनबी शाखा का उपभोक्ता हूं दिनांक 25 5 2021 को मैं पंजाब नेशनल बैंक में एक चेक लेकर गया जिसको कर्मचारी द्वारा मैनेजर महोदय को दिखाया गया और मैनेजर ने मुझे अपने पास बुला कर कहा कि इस चेक के पैसे केसीसी में जमा करवाओ क्योंकि तुम्हारा केसीसी जमा नहीं है मैंने उन्हें बताया कि इन पैसों की मुझे बहुत आवश्यकता है तथा इसमें से ₹20000 मुझे जिस व्यक्ति का चेक है उन्हीं को देने हैं इसलिए आप इसमें से पैसा मत लीजिए परंतु मैनेजर महोदय ने मुझे धमकी दी कि साले तुम चमार पैसे जमा नहीं करते हो तुम्हारे गांव वाले सारे एक से ही हैं और उन्होंने मुझे लगभग 15 मिनट तक दबाव की स्थिति में रखा और मुझे बंधक बनाकर रखा मेरी मर्जी के विरुद्ध मैंने बैंक से बाहर जाने का प्रयास किया लेकिन उन्होंने चपरासी से कहा कि ताला मत खोलना से पैसे जमा करवा कर ही जाएगा और मुझसे जबरदस्ती हस्ताक्षर करवाकर ₹4000 काट लिए इसके लगभग दो-चार दिन बाद वह दो पुलिस वालों को लेकर मेरे गांव गए और वहां से मुझे पकड़कर दोबारा बैंक लाएं और वहां पर आकर मुझसे कहा कि इस बारे में यदि किसी से शिकायत करी तो तुझे कानूनी पचड़े में दो पेट में फंसा दूंगा उसके बाद मैं अपने घर आ गया ऊपर की दोनों घटनाएं आप सीसीटीवी कैमरे में देख सकते हैं आपसे अनुरोध है कि मुझे बंधक बनाने और जबरदस्ती हस्ताक्षर करवा कर मुझसे ₹4000 काटने के संबंध में नोटा बैंक के मैनेजर के विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्रवाई करें और मेरी घटना यदि सत्य पाई जाती है जो कि सत्य है तो शाखा प्रबंधक के विरुद्ध एफ आई आर दर्ज कराएं
