How to know a CNG kit is RTO approved and which government body authorised CNG kit for car, which certificate require for such approval?
Non usage of gas connection for 1 year
Sir,
This is a request letter seeking the minimum bill payment facility since I not using the gas connection. The connection will not be used by me as I have shifted.
The payment of the minimum amount will be be done on a regular basis on receipt on the bill. A payment of Rs 115 against the last bill for April,18 has been done on 15.05.2018. The last meter reading is 1065. Hope the request will be attended to and there will be no hassle in the billing procedure. My request number from customer care is 3787353.
Stoppage of gas supply temporarily

Fraud in billing
This is inform you that i have disconnect my meter in the month of june by the mahanagar engineer to which they have charged me 1000RS. but then too in the month of august i have received a Bill of 1200 stating that i have used the connection -- dont you think u guys have common sense. Regarding excessive bill of MGNL
After decrease of family members... gas bill is increasing every 2 months. i got bill before 650 rs now it is going on increasing to 1095 rs.
Refund of Gas connection amount. Rs.6635/-
Sir,
I am RCF employee. I stay in RCF Colony. In the month of May -June 2018 I registered my name for new Gas pipeline connection for my house in RCF Colony, Type II, Bldg No.13, Room No.298 and given the cheque of Rs.6635/- in the name of Mahanagar Gas Ltd. The amount is debited from my account on 09.07.2018 through Cheque No.85762. I continuously called and followed up for connection but not got satisfy reply and not got gas connection till date. Now I am eligible for new quarter so within 2-3 months I will shift to Type III quarter. I request you to kindly give me refund of Rs.6635/-. When I will shift to new quarter then I will apply again for gas connection.
Not received payment receipt

Excess amount deducted from the ent bill
Hi Sir/Madam,
Like to mention that my bill amount with late fee is rs.541 only but when I paid through my card in you Bill Desk it deducted rs 571.10,I tried calling your customer care nos given from morning!! a.m till evening 5.p.m. but sorry to say it was of no use. I received always your recorded telephonic options and no option of speaking or optional number given to speak to your executive to ask my query. Can you please let me know how can I contact your person to speak about the excess amount paid by me & revert back the same. Kindly do the needful at the earliest to revert my excess amount. Awaiting reply

Payment of gas bill
Sir, I took the possession of the flat NO.G-1204 at Bhoomi Acres Thane but i have not yet started residing at the place. I have not used the GAS and or consumed gas for any of the period since possession. Even then i have received continuous bill for the gas consumption on my Consumer No.210000952715 i have paid the entire amount of bill even though not utilized.
Over and above my gas connection is disconnected from outside.This is hardship on me from your side.So i request you to do re-connection of my gas line and give thee the credit for the amount which i have paid against the bill for non consumption of you gas at my end.

1. Meter is ok
2. PNG was not used for the period 5.12.1918 to 20.07.1919 and house was closed.
3. when we are on station definitely PNG will be used.

Sending the bills without verification of reading repeatedly
My residential room was close since June 2019 to May 2020, in spite of that people of the company charging bill on approximately reading of CA no. 210000115098 ( BP no. 1100166903 ) I had paid the bill and inform the company transferred the excess amount to my another account by sending the email on support @mahanagargas.com , however no cognizance was taken. Today I have forwarded my earlier emails of above mentioned id.
The said building was underdeveloped hence , we surrendered the room to developer in the month of October 2020. The developer has also surrendered the meters to the company. In spite of that the company is sending bills. I have paid my bills of Rs 783 online by oversights on 26.03.2021.
Can company take cognizance and refund my amount fairly ?

Pipeline new connection following off last 5 months

My name Anjulika, I paid Rs. 6135 /- on 24th April 2021 but not yet connection done by mahanagar Gas in Thane.
What can i do? plz. help regarding this

Improper connection work
The person who had come to fit the gas pipe has done a shoddy work. The gas is not working . Please look into it. The gas is working very slow. The pipe is not properly put.
