Our services center not good talking with me only 2 month old purchased new Haier refrigerator (HRB-2763CRG-E ) 2 time repair but not repair...why..? Bad talking me their services is very very.. bad.

Hear Team,

I had purchased a new washing machine of Haier (7 KG Fully - Automatic front loading Washing Machine (HW70-B12636NZP,Titanium Grey) on 9th Nov 2018. when the machine started to run it was too much of noise and too much of vibration. then I called to one of Service Engineer of Haier, he came and adjusted some thing then vibration came down little bit but noise is too much it will here like when old generator starts. kindly You people will give a ad in such way Haier is a International Company, there will No Noise and No Vibration. then why hell the is noise is too much. you people are misguiding the customers ,stop this first and do some thing to reduce the noise of my machine.

Its been 4 days since day of buying. kindly let me know whom to contact for installation.

TV is not working I will Complaint to service centre no response in Haier service centre. very very worst service of Haier tv no proper communication no service persons properly not training service in Ur service centre small problem any one technician not cleared this problem then how to buy Haier very very bad experience in Ur Haier led TV. service centre is worst behavior to handle customer

Warranty period - 2 YEARS

This is madhan one of your customer. I bought a TV from the Viveks Perungudi showroom. This TV has a display problem and registered the complaint also, your technician also visits the issues. He's told me it was some technical fault and I will replace the new TV. But it will take a time of 10 to 15 days. Now what I'm asking you why your taking more time to replace the TV.because problem is your product. And I will pay for the money then why I'm waiting please tell me? And it's not my first Haier product I'm exciting customer of Haier. And I'm also referring to many friends. But the first time I'm fed up with your service. It will be continued you losing the customer. So Please kindly care of your customer. so please do the needful.

Almost 30 days over till now nobody give a new TV.everyone said under process.finall(once buy a haier product every day call to haier customer care because product quality is very very........ worst and customer support very very horrible and waste of your time. so please don't buy a haier product )
