Hi,

This is to bring your notice since yesterday I was trying to reach u all, bt every time I'm getting response taking ill get n update after 3hrs, bt I'm not getting any response from CC. Every time I'm trying talk to your customer care executives bt they are disconnecting my call. Request you to get back to me with solution ASAP.

My plan was 169 I'm unable to activate the same plan.

Sir, I have recharged my Sundirect on May 31 but it was not activated.... While connecting with the executive he continuously cut my call and didn't give any proper answer.

I made a recharge around 9a.m on 1st August 2021. My TV is not made functional. In spite of several complaints made to chennai Airtel office, nothing has been done to make my TV working. Their IVR response is ritualistic and customer unfriendly. I presume your staff do not come to office on sundays.

They torture customers with four digit password changing for every complaint call- thoroughly disappointing Kindly send me a reply when will my digital Airtel TV will be made functional.
