Wifi not working
Wifi on my bb phone number 0172-2714459 stop working on 16 june 2017 and got it started on 1 sep 2017 by paying 1000/ rupees. it again stopped and then I paid 1000/ rupees more, it started but stopped again. In number 2017 I paid the whole bill but wifi not working yet. My complaint for adjustment of bill from 16 june to 31 aug not responded yet. wifi not working despite paying bill.

Broadband service is stopped, i am unable to use the net. Pls start it again.

Dear Sir,
Fiber broadband no 290289. Net not working in the past 3 days. If I call this part site engine there is no answer. Didn't run to work for three days.please resolve the issue.
