Snapdeal team am telling very sadly this... Two to three times i had send email to you but my problem is not cleared yet now.

20th feb 2019 i have received my item (mechanical engineering book) but it had defect and also damaged. So i taken return step and recived confirmation massage from the snapdeal with reference number but people not come to pick up the item..but today i have received massage like usable pick up your item such that even without try.And earlier they had to send contact number (8139958830) of pick up person but that number cannot reached when i tried many times.

My item's necessity is very important for me for just few days before the examination

The customer service is horrible.. The number mentioned is useless it just does not have an option to reach customer care people.

I haven't received ky product and snap deal just does not care. I want my money back. I have asked them to call me back but still no reply on it at all.
