MC Thomson's service is completely poor, as it is not a poor service till date, it has been 6 months since Thomson's TV was taken out of which only 45 days of TV was played and the rest of the day is bad. No one offers a response. My TV has been spoiled since 6 July and I am tired of matching them. No reply comes. Sometimes it says that wait for 48 hours, sometimes it says that 7 days, sometimes it says that 15 days, yet MC has not had time yet when the TV warranty will be over. They are a thief.

Very poor company, sent many emails to cunsumercare @thomptiontv.in for do needful action but no fruitful response. It seems that this company is poor service. My thompson TV which I purchased in the month of June 2022 is not showing picture but sound is ok. Same is in Warranty period. So don't buy thompson TV as very poor service.

Waste of money. After 7 days there is only audio and no video on the Tv. Please don’t buy it. Even customers care people answering very badly or cutting the phone call if we enquire.

Our thomson tv purchased before 3 months. Now Our tv does not switch on.

Bad experience.
TV screen was damaged within 3 month. Replacement was approved by brand but not replaced till now. Customer service representative was too rude. Very bad behavior and unprofessional.
