Where is the Sunflame service center in Farrukhabad, Kannauj (U.P).

My cooking vessels not work proper or not start. so please help & your no. which are given no any pick that mention 129-2275723. please contact me my contact no.8439193347.

My geyser is under warranty, several times contacted/whats app msg to this no 9312818450 regarding repair found irresponsible and no response.

I have contacted customer care no. 2 times and past 2 weeks regarding the problem of my 3 burner gas stove but they just register the complain, but do not send any technician to attend the problem. This is the worst customer service from any company. Better they should stop doing such business.

I had a mixer grinder of sunflame which is in service center for last 2 months.several times I have called the service person as well as service center but no one is bothering.the service person always says motor is not available.i had not bought grinder to be kept in service center.kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

This is my fault that i choose Sunflame. my new chimney dead after 2nd day of installation (03/11/2019), which is I had purchased on 1/11/2019 .

Customer care team not responding, no support number no response.

Boss, please send some one to my address and get this replace that unit, i am except this faulty and unit.

Plz change tha glass of the cook top, it has broken.

Mixer chalte chalte band ho gaya. ab chal nahin raha hai aap pata nahin kya us me problem hai. thoda usko dikha kar theek kara do.

I must say sunflame hired irresponsible technicians, they never visited on time and arguing and saying i just install by your own dats very easy etc… Dude am paying for the installation so must say never ever take any sunflame product.

Sunflame is very poor product. Customer response is also very slow. Very bad aur bahut ghatiya company hai.

Ye iron Maine CSD canteen Phase10 MOHALI se liya tha jo warranty me hai.

Iron mein problem aa Gaya iske bad main canteen mein Gaya unhone bola ki service center mein jana hoga.
Fir Service center mein lekar Gaya unhone 12 din tak Rakha uske bad unhone approval Diya aur bola ki canteen se isko approve karva Lena vahan se replace ho jaega. fir main Canteen gya to unhone bola Aisa koi procedure nahin hai yahan per .

Fir maine call Kiya Sunflame service center mein unhone kaha ki hamara kam tha approval dena, humne approve kar diya iske bad se aap change karao replace karao ,o nahin kar rahe to hamari koi jimewari nhi hai.

So kindly help me for the same.

Worst company. There is no service. They will take service request and complaint will be generated, but they will never attend the service.

Service is not good. I purchased nine days ago. I face problem and compained to customer care but they are not coming to fix the problem.

Even after repeated reminders to customer care from the last one month. No body visited to repair the Geyser, under warranty period.

After logging the complain about my kitchen chimney is not working, no one from sunflame engineer has visited, my complaint number Ref. no-LUC233090013.

Is that kind of services given after sales by sunflame?
