Kindly check and update, so many follow-up I have done still not able to get answer of my warranty product i.e. food processor.

Two times complaint raised, already submitted product on Mundwa, Pune service center. [almost one month earlier submitted my product]. 20-25 times communicated via call but no proper response received. If you have such pathetic policies or responses, kindly don't sell reconnect products.

Recently i had purchased an HP laptop (15s-du1065TU) from Reliance Digital (Sevoke Road, 2nd mile, Siliguri-734001. Within 10 days of buying the laptop it didnt turn on for 2 days straight even after putting it on charge. Moreover after 5 days it didnt turn on again, upon which i visited the reliance store.

After stating them my problems,they didnt even acknowledge us and told us to go the HP service center. It hasnt even been 1 month since i got this laptop,so at least the help care staff could have been more responsible towards us but instead they acted pretty rude and irresponsibly. He straight away told us that its not within their 7-day exchange policy and that they cant do anything.When we told them about our reason for not coming sooner because of the ongoing partial lockdown in my state,they said its not their problem.

This behaviour from your staff was clearly very rude and unexpected.Never had i ever imagined such kind of customer service from Reliance Digital.I hope you look into this matter at the stated reliance digital store.

Good evening sir/madam,
i feel very bad to drop this mail to you. your customer service department is very very worst and nobody wants to share on their shoulders. moreover very big big commucation gap. nobody is lifting and responding to the customer in a properway..I had given my Samsung 50" LED 4k TV with the complaint of all the 3 HDMI port is not working, it is showing the switch off symbol. I registered my complaint on 09.07.21 13.55. My request no is: 8045270656. Technician(Mr Gowri Manohar) came and uplift the TV to the shop for checking on 12.07.21. After that no feed back from him what is the issue in my TV. I was keep on phoning phoning. no response. I was very much frustrated. After one or two days somebody informed my PCB is blown out. still the problem is not sorted out. This is the 4th week running to solve this issue. the n what is the meaning for customer service and care. Please ask them to bring back my TV even spares are not available. i will repair it some where else. I hope you view this issue seriously and take necessary action from your side.

Yesterday purchased tv from Reliance digital Laxmi Bhavan chowk Nagpur store No delivery yet as promised despite assurances.Poor state of affairs N service Pl address my grievance.

Dear Sir

I have purchased 1.5 T - 4nos & 1 T - 1 nos of SAMSUNG Make AC from Reliance Digital, Vadodara, Gujarat. Invoice # 01346, dated 16th Aug 2021. I have faced the problem of Gas leakage in 1.5 T AC and Heavy noise in outdoor units of another 1.5 T AC .

I have already registered complain for the same on 12th Sept 2021 through Service ID 8046659365 & 804665936 but till date I have not received any response from your customer service section.

Kindly do needful on top priority.

I purchased HISENSE 1.5 TON SPLIT AC order no.RDF32224355 Dt:09th of may 2022 in credit card in installment based . I had not received any item till this time, But in my order showing Ac order was delivered. I was called customer care many times. They Are telling me about some technical issue on your part. so please pursue my problem as early as possible.

As I purchased Television at reliance digital hubli, vidyanagar, Its almost 55 days got over I have issue complaints till. Now none of them came resolved my issue , Its been pathetic service given from reliance and now it's been worse to give feed back on it, After complaining twice still issue not got resolved.

Now it's last option to send legal notice and send media to store for worse service you have Provided after mailing escalation they also not given any solution yet.

Sir I have Daikan AC purchase from Reliance Digital store S.F Road siliguri (west Bengal)
on dt. 09/07/22 but abhee tak installation nahee hua hai. store me boltye hai to aapke pass phone aayega n to kisi ka phone aata hai, abhi time 12:52 pm ho gaya hai kya karye return kar dye kya ji !

25.06.22 i bought sony 5.1 s700 home theatre . but prblm is the product will not be deliver till now.. can u plz tell me the date of product delivered thank you

Worst service from reliance digital purchased Tv on 09 10.2022. still not no response for installation after complain on customer support no response for immediate resolution not, on asking to escalate to seniors authority told you will recieved a call but no call received till time. Asked for written message to get the work done by 12 evening denied. they do not have good service at all as well as having attitude if they have not committed during the purchase, I would have not purchased the product from reliance digital and in future I will not repeat the same mistake what I have done.

Don't buy any product in reliance digital web site I will order reliance digital web site i am waiting 20 day product not received then cancel this product refund not received waiting 30 days. Still now refund not received. Reliance digital is worst service customer support and customer service.

This is my by far most pathetic experience with reliance after sales Services, I would Never Ask anyone in my circle to buy any products from Reliance ever again.

I had made an AC purchase from the Reliance digital service centre of a Carrier 1 Ton Ac in June 2022 & so within Warranty of 1 year, Recently there was a water leaking in my Ac due to some part broken on the extreme inside which is not accessible by us but only a service guy as one would have to open multiple layers of it to reach to the part.

On 09/03/2023 I finally got the service centre guys to come visit my address and do a checkup on the AC, they informed me about the part & said they would place an order for it and should come in 4 to 5 days, I had been talking to one of the senior officers with no. and he had assured me that he will take care of the problem , spoke to him on the 16/03/23 then again on 20/03/23 then he blocked my calls and stopped answering from the 21/03/2023.

I tried to reach out to Carrier service centre but they said that I need to contact Reliance digital, you tell me how is this fair to a Customer that after purchasing something that is within warranty is being denied service from both, where am I supposed to go for further help, I am going to write about it on social media if no resolution met, I have had enough of this Circus going on.

This saifulla from banglore. we have purchase a 43 inches led tv from Cunningham road branch. there was a internal damage in tv which we found. we raised the complain there is a damage in tv, so they said after two days a technician came he checked and he brought new screen. when he fixed the new screen there was a blur in that screen as well. so he said us you inform to sales team were you have purchased. we went to store in evening and meet manager. they said us to wait after waiting for 1 hour later he informed me to give us two days time we will resolve it. after two days we didn't got any call, again we called then they send a technician to some other location. again we informed him with address and they said tomorrow will be send again. no one came again we have followed up, now they are saying to contact service team. service team say to contact sales service team says no has informed us abut complain is this what the service is provided by reliance digital team. it is worst worst service which we have been seen no proper communications updates nothing. we planned to purchase more item from store after this it is like wasting of money after buying anything from reliance store. I'll gonna share this in every were I have wasted my money after buying stuff in reliance digital store if you cannot provide a proper service to customers then shut your branch waste of all.

Purchase Asus laptop on 31/7/2023 and delivered on 6/8/2023.But as per specification shown during purchase on Reliance Digital website that this laptop is having back-lite key board feature but any feature in received laptop and also misplace of switch between @ and ". operated visa versa.

Company is not having coordination between customer care executive, escalation team and concern team, outbound team, inbound team, email checking team, resolution provided team.....not at all.

All are working like "andher nagri chaupat raja" type. No grievance redressal mechanism, no wander as it is Reliance. Ohh sorry spelling mistake just like there all department.

Also i have emails to Reliance Digital on 8th then 10th then 11th and today 12. But no any return mail received from their side to provide any solution till today 12/8/23 6.30 pm.

Executive is lack of knowledge and like a pussy cat,only repeated only one sentence every time " will provide prompt resolution and sorry and apology.....Only

Need your support tomorrow on sunday so i can use either new laptop by replacing the existing or purchase another after getting refund from you.

Dear sir/ Madam,

This informs you that on Tuesday dated 07/11/23, I visited your store for product replacement or refund process but no action initiated yet. When enquired about Daikin 1.5 ton AC but your store people saying Daikin ac also facing the same issues and you will be suffered with Daikin brand too. And asked to buy other products like LG/ lloyd. I conveyed that I want Daikin only. The store price displayed Rs. 49,490 for 1.5ton five star Daikin AC but the same product is also available with your reliance digital platform and having the price of RS.44,690/- and after the bank and other offers, the final price is around RS. 38664/- Hence asked your team to arrange the same product with reliance digital platform price. They refused to provide the same.
Hence at last, asked to initiate a refund for the same. The manager of the store agreed for a refund request but still no intimation or message received for refund after 48 hours of time.

Please arrange to proceed for a refund at earliest. I have been struggling since two weeks with rigorous follow ups with your team but unfortunately very poor response received from your team.

Purchased LED TV on 9th of nov from amritsar store. Your store manager confirmed me thrived that LED delivery wil be on tuesday 14 nov. After that 13 nov I visit the branch at 9pm , your manger misbehave with me and use antha ical language with me. Still no TV received and no one bothered fir this. My first emi deducted from my account and still no tv receive. Who is responsible for this? No one take action against?? Why they swipe my card if they have no LED available ?? Why they committed me that 14 nov LED receive? ?? Already I pay my 1st installment with interest, then who will pay this ??? If I don't receive the LED.

Need take action against him and no one call me for this till time. What is the status of my LEd. Also I complaint in customer care but still no responses. My request number is 0701071078.

17 days completed but no one take action. No one call to customer, still no resolutions. I think company not customer favour only employee favour .
