I have brought the 6 Inch mattress in Aug 2017 & by Jan 2018 noticed depression hence registered complaint 4670072 on 29th Jan. Up till now 3 tech visits happened to check but no progress on the complaint. whenever we call customer care only answer is waiting for back end update.

Pathetic service & third grade company they are cheating the public.

I also do agree that this is being third class company with regards to provide services. I suggest not to buy their mattresses; Even mattresses are also not of good quality.

Very bad experiences on buying kurlon mattress. Almost two weeks of placing purchase orders and 100% payment kurlon company is not able to provide mattresses.

I have purchased 2 mattress online from kurlon website and there it was offered free gift, product was delivered promptly but gift (suitcase) was not delivered.

The call centre guys are so relaxed that they are just buying time and daily say that tomorrow you will receive but their tomorrow never comes.

Dear Kurlon it is a humble request if you cannot stick what you are offering then don't show unwanted gimmick's of free gifts for just selling your products, this is totally a fraudulent process.

We had ordered Karlon BOUNTY Mattress 47 x 71 x 5 along with Mattress Protector from COLOURS, Sector 12, Kharghar on 6th April'19 making full payment vide Bill No 521 Dt 6th April'19. After several follow ups and phone calls we finally got delivery of the Mattress on 16th April'19 around 9 pm. The Mattress Protector is still not yet delivered.

Our complain is, that the Bounty Mattress which was shown and demonstrated to us in the showroom was combination of around 90% hard foam and 10% soft foam. We were told by Rupesh (9137363576) and another sales representative of Colours that the same will be ideal considering our age and there will be no chances of backpain as the mattress is good combination of hard and soft foam. The Mattress which finally got delivered to us is super soft and comprises of 100% soft foam and is very inconvenient to use. Rupesh of Colours also came to our home and inspected the Mattress and confirmed the same. We also reported the difference of Mattress Quality between what was shown to us in showroom and what has been delivered to one Sh. Zulfikar (8660591417) who is supposed to be from Karlon as referred by Colours. Another difficulty which we are facing is contacting your toll free number (18004250404) which gets automatically disconnected after few seconds of discussion with a new representative attending in each call. As such we could not register the complain thru toll free number.

We request you to register our complaint and arrange immediate replacement of the Mattress which is definitely having manufacturing defect. Your immediate action will be very much appreciated. Please help on priority. Even after making full payment we have neither got correct Mattress nor the Protector. We had selected Karlon being a branded and reputed organization. Awaiting your favourable response.

Literally was shocked when bugs are actually there in the mattress, like i pay 7500 for it and i get bugs free with it? was it on offer like literally waste of money and time instead why not sew the bed from a normal bed person at least he wont give free bugs with it pathetic firm if it cant even handle interior safety of their clients.

I purchased two single foam matresses for my double bed (costing 14K) The Shopkeeper has given two different matresses for the same double bed, whose spngyness is altered. One is quite hard and antoher one got extremely soft, creating a complete discomfort.

I trusted on brand but this is really disappointing. Want you to get it returned as I purchased it in November 2018. Going to lodge a complaint in consumer forum otherwise.

Myself Swapnil, I had purchased your Kurlon Angelica mattress 4 year's back from Pune. Just only after 4year's our Angelica mattress is very painful for sleeping. Uneven and not able to use it due to increase in body pain.

I had purchased kurlon bounty foam mattress. The item which I had received is not a company product which I had observed and it does not have any price list warranty duration and even company sticker. So i request you to change the item immediately... purchased last week on Friday.

I bought 6 inch mermaid mattress, within 2-3 days I saw sagging trying to call customer care, they keep on hold for 2 min and then drop the call . Cheaters. Will have to escalate the issue.

Bought KurlOn Mattress10 months back. already stitching has come out. Trying to following up with dealer from past nearly one month. But all are so irresponsible people no body takes an responsible for fixing the issue. I will never think buying KurlOn Mattress ever in my Life.

Any escalation team is reading this email please contact below number.I made a mistake of buying this Mattress this time please help to fix this issue.
