I would like to bring to your kind notice that Kaya, himayatnagar staff has been assuring me that my laser and Insta clarity sessions were freezed and can be unfreeze at point of time to avail. I have not been notified or conveyed regarding any blocking or expiry of the sessions. I would like to avail it now on urgent basis as my international travel is planned soon. Request you to unfreeze/Unblock at earliest.

As I have mailed you yesterday to cancel my service or product which I was availing from Kaya. But due to some emergency in my family. So unable to continue with service. So request please my cancel the service as there is monthly emi deduction of 5685 to Bajaj from my account and to stop this, I need cancellation letter. Please help me with this .

This is with reference to the session which my mother took. Records are available under mobile no. 9958330227.I am writing this mail after several conversations and arguments with the staff available at "Pusa Road" Delhi branch of Kaya and with the person at Kaya Customer care. My mother "Mehrun Nisha" initially took 3 sessions of peeling from Kaya from Doctor 1, which improved her skin conditions. Basis this, on doctor 1 recommendation we decided to extend our treatment with Kaya and paid for 3 more sessions. when we went to the branch, we came to know the doctor 1 have left the clinic and Doctor 2 will be taking the sessions. My mother and I was not aware of the change of circumstances and hence she was from the very begining, not comfortable with it but we decide to get on the treatment. The results after the 4th session was not satisfactory as it made her skin very sensitive and red for long time. Also the doctor 2 was not aware of the condition of my mother's skin. After communicating the condition of her face, and on Doctor 2 recommendation we went on with the 5th session which was extremely painful for my mother and had itching and burning sensations. After the 5th session, the pigmentation on her face got even worse when we compared it with the initial condition. We did communicate the whole situation to the Doctor 2 but she was not ready to accept it.
Also my mother, due to the bad impact on her face by Kaya treatment, is not taking another Doctor advise who strongly discourage to take 6th session.  

We have explained the whole story to the Pusa Road Staff several times to different persons picking up the calls but they seemed careful about the situation. This has been going on for months and we clearly told the staff that we do not want to go for the 6th and last session for obvious reasons. As we had already paid for all the sessions based on the confidence which Doctor 1 created, we demand refund/change of package/ Product/ any other service (not for my mother) for the price that we have already paid for the 6th sessions.
It's been so long that we have been waiting for a solution to this problem and It shall not go unresolved.

I would like to talk about my kaya sector 18 experience. First I was sweet talked by their therapist to get an appointment for prp thrapy and peling solution for my face as they were having "discounted days" and wanted me to be benefited from it (Which was clearly not their motive). During the time of payment they forced me to pay the money before starting the treatment by saying it’s their "policy". I had to convince my father to make payment because they could not even wait till the day of my first sitting. At FIRST day they did not even bothered to consult a doctor for my session.

With every sitting my therapist changed even the doctor due to which they could not keep an account of frequency they have been using. And now because of their negligence my condition has become worse. the treatment which i was taking dint gave me any improvement on my face its gotten worse now have to embarrass myself on social media so that I could show the true face of kaya clinic. With all my reports normal and normal hormonal balance they blame me that I might have some problem and again try to compensate their negligence by providing me more sessions.

Now it’s been 6 sessions and the condition is such that I cannot trust my face with them so not willing to take additional sittings. But I cannot let them go like this as I don’t want to splurge my money just like that. I want some action to be taken against them so that others could not suffer like me after all it’s a very sensitive issue for a girl to which they take advantage off. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO CHOOSE KAYA. you can also check out kaya reviews on google which have the same story to tell. I have proof of pictures and reports and is willing to take a legal action.

I have been suggested chemical peels for acne from Bangalore Electronic City branch. After first session my face was burn but doctor continued doing second Peel which made my face worst. I got red big big marks on my face.. I visited Kaya , Doctor suggested me Cleanse and face lotion. after 1 month it is the same.. They have not contacted me anytime within one month to ask .. such negligence and careless service offered by KAYA.I visited dermatologist and started treatment. But it has not yet reduced.. Very Bad experience.
