Inordinate delay in changing the plan
My issue with regard to change of plan to ACT Swift is not yet resolved even after lapse of almost three weeks. For payment of dues and renewal of ACT Blaze you remind me twice or thrice everyday. The same kind of concern would have been shown for the change of plan I asked for. Atleast I may be informed whether it is possible or not. I will go for other alternative companies network which are feasible to me. Simply pressing me for payment will not help me.
Yuppscope charges
in December month, newly added Yuppscope charges of. Rs.206, i didn't understand about Yuppscope charges,pl, explain about it.
Worst service team
Worst service team. Don't try to take connection. If any problem happen it will take too long. In 2 months I given 22 complaints. Too bad bad company. Due to service team company can come on road. My account number. 101655560686
