My sister Magdalena Senk tried booking a ticket from Kozhikode to Dubai for 08/02/2018 for me, Katharina Senk. In the middle of the process your website shut down. The booking was not finalized but you still deducted the amount of 96,78€ from her VISA credit card. None of your customer care numbers are available for communication, which is a shame. I urge you to immediately refund her the money.

Since three days I'm calling on customer care for the new booking of flight from my credit shell and yet they haven't re called or booked today I suppose to join my office in Dubai still I'm calling these people different different people telling them the same thing again and again what the hell I can't have access to my own money even you guys not putting my money on my wallet so I can book it myself and you guys even not booking it I will file or raise this issue in consumer court if it's not done it's 1406 AED not easy money which on you guys can do fraud put my money in my Cleartrip wallet or book my tickets ASAP it's three days and you guys are making fool off.
