Assurance was given on both dates that within 48 hours technician will contact and do the installation. More than a month has passed but there is no response for installation of the appliances so far. Can some responsible person from the company take a note and do the needful soon?

I have purchase one RO of usha shriram which sl no is-GP39050257 on 02 step 2020. i have 10 times call to toll free no-9899210990 but nobody is sending any man for installed. Now what should i take next step?
Geyser complaint unattended even after multiple requests
Purchased a usha electrolux geyser in 12th feb 2020. The geyser stopped working suddenly. Complaint has been lodged in on the 4th of nov 2020. After repeated calls a engineer visited n informed that the geyser will be replaced. Till date none visited nor took ny action against this complain.
We are repenting why did we trust a brand that is mot at all concerned about their sales and services. My old parents suffering with this geyser.

The geyser stopped working hence registered a complaint no 173020 with customer care no. 9899210990 on 23/11/2020. Inspite of repeated calls and complaints no action has been taken by Usha Shriram to address my complaint.

The geyser stopped working hence registered a complaint no.198050 with customer care no. 9899210990 on 10/10/2021. Inspite of repeated calls and complaints no action has been taken by Usha Shriram to address my complaint.
VERY BED AND HOPELESS Usha Shriram in after sale services this is not first time this is second time with me.
Unsatisfactory response against after sale service
1. On 26 Aug I made a complaint at your customer care vide complaint No- 194238 for the servicing of my water purifier. On numerous occasions I contacted your customer care and your staff always assured me that the complaint will be attended on priority. However, till date no miracle has happened. It is pertinent to mention that being one of the reputed top brass companies in India (as claiming by you), the unresponsive attitude of your staff is highly unethical and not acceptable. Now, I am regretting for the product purchased from your company, despite many other reputed companies were available in the market. I will not definitely recommend this product to my family members/relatives/friends and I would like share my experience on various social media platform to make other customers aware about your attitude towards after sales complaints.

Very bad product and I'm regretting buy this product. i buy the product 6 months before and I m seeing a water leakage problem in Usha 25 Litres Eurolex Brand. I'm already complent to customer care before 8 to 10 day, they told me 24 to 48 hours our serviceman will come and solved the problem but no one did come. Usha Employe promise to sort the compaint within 2-3 days. But what actually happens is that u have to remind them every 2-3 days or actually plead to them for fixing ur geyser for altleast a month. my suggestion is don't buy this product. Your custmore service employe is name : Anshul and Sachin, Jyoti they all are bad service provider and they all are sly Employed in Usha Shree Ram. They all are not answered me properly.
Eurolex fan
I purchased 1 eurolex fan that time i got 2 year warranty. Recently this fan was not working so I get complaints but before 2 month not any help only CCE said technical issue reason. I am not able to reach any mechanic,c so I want a resolution.
