Base on my today's experience of booking through Red bus this is to inform you that Red bus system /

Customer Care are fully making foolish to customer. All are helpless ...Nice Keep it up and earn more through bogusgiri.

I booked a ticket but that ticket was not booked and money was lost from my account and I did not receive a mail from the red bus.

What rubbish????? why you are not responsible for customer, why i pay the bill like 800-900 rupee month after month?? never seen this type of poor connection with giant company like Airtel, what do you think about customer !!! All are foolish or u make foolish me/us?? you making foolish to customer?? day by day i feel harassment with your poor connection, is this right job?? please make my connection properly. my current location is 27,jheel road. dhakuria. kolkata-700031. please come and resolve my problem and this is my last mail to you otherwise i have to go other connection. if you are not aware with my problem then keep do you bad services and earn more by your bogus job.

NAME: SATHYANARAYANAN from villupuram to coimbatore in SRM travels using redbus app, In boarding point the bus in not pick up me after 5 hours of wait, and call tollfree in redbus and cancel my ticket on 22/aug/19 itself, after 3 days i got alert from SRM travels your PRN RBB7708EA IS CANCELLED SUCCESSFULLY and refund _amt is 720.00/-. But Redbus not credit my amount still now, call customer care so many times she told wait for 24 hours, i wait for more than 4 days still not credit, redbus is kindly need action from ur side with in today.

Very worst service, dont use it.

One of the waste services in India redbus is a cheating travels i am losing my amount 2 times waiting for refund but i dint get one rupee from redbus plz dont use redbus cheating bus.

I booked a ticket on 10th January 2020 for a bus leaving on 14th January from Jamnagar to Pune. The payment was done using Paytm UPI. The money was deducted from my bank account.

However, there was a technical difficultly on Redbus application. After this, I tried to reach out to Redbus but they have no human support system and has only Autobots which kept on insisting they didn't receive the payment. I got in touch with Paytm and confirmed that the payment was indeed successful.

Any Redbus support guys here? Please help me out, I have been trying to get in touch with you for days!!!

I am going to chirala to hyd 14 Oct night 9.15pm, sri krishna travels. I am booking in red bus app, bus is not cleaned, no bed sheets, no precautions, driver also drinking, only one driver. he is very horrible behavior , bus accident in 12 .15 am 15 Oct ....no one can respond that night, all r in road, my things also missing like gold chain things like that. My left leg and hands back bone chest neck fractured .... How u doing like this ,, I am going to another step , I don't want to leave any one like red bus. And srikirshna travels, I am going to complaint against to red bus.
