I am the first time buyer of a your product from your prestigious company. I bought 2 nos. of Evok Arthur 3 seater sofas and 1 no. of Magna leatherite recliner sofa vide sales order no. 320002987 dated 16.06.2018 from HSIL Limited (Retail Division of EVOK KN Delhi Store, Kirti Nagar, Delhi. After long waiting time of one month I got it successfully delivered at my address - House No.439, Sector-31, Faridabad, Haryana on 03.07.2018.

2. On getting it installed on 04.07.2018 I got a space issue in my drawing room with two seater recliner. It is not able to fit properly in the drawing room. It’s occupying a lot of space. We can’t move freely in the room due to less space.

3. It is therefore requested that exchange/replace the 2 seater Recliner with Arthur 2 seater Sofa set. I will pay/adjust difference amount if there is any so that the problem can be resolved. I also inquired on the other online sites like PepperFry.com where above items are available with same price. They provide replacement/exchange of these items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

4. I hope that you will understand my problem and replace the 2 seater recliner(item code – FLIL2RBLMTBR56516I) with 2 seater Arthur Sofa(item code- FLIL3SALMTBR59480I). I will be highly oblized.
