i have complained the BPL customer care on dated 13/12/2018 regarding bpl washing machine not working .i have so many times requested to customer are and the senior officer manoj sir, suresh sir, niraj shukla and other to solve my problem.but bpl officer making me fool and not taking my problem seriously and harass me mentally and physically after over TWO MONTH and MORE DAYS . BPL company not providing me services under the warranty product period . my purchased product order no. od109498657997462000 .ON dated 22/06/17. product Serial no. X7087008634002759.

Sir, we bought a BPL.25 L Convection microwave oven(BPLMW25CIG, Black) through Amazon.in to my address Flat12/3-L, Srirams Gangothri, South Avenue, Thiruvanmiyur,Chennai, Tamilnadu, 600041 Invoice No:SMAB-3105,Invoice details:TN-SMAB-1004-1819 dated12-042018. After 4 months it stopped working. From November 2018 onwards technicians have been coming, (after my repeated phone calls, each time) doing something but not making it work saying they will come back with some part & rectify. But till date no one has rectified &made it work. Yesterday also they sent me a message that a technician will come on Wed 13-03-2019 at 12 am for my call R190306 Che04125. None phoned or came.

We are Senior citizens & are fed up in the past 5 months making nearly 100 phone calls to service centre and waitng to get the microwave oven work. God only should help us. Can you please take really some action to see that we get microwave oven working? My cell no:8754546812. Please let me know the action taken.We wholly depend on your suitable action.

Sir we bought a Bpl tv t32bh3A vivid LED TV through amazon in to my address 25 Radha bhawan, luckily mohalla, station road, Giridih jharkhand 815301 invoice no. SCCB-48235 dated 04.11.2018. after eight months it working stopped working from 17th augest 2018 onwards. technicians have been coming, after my repeated telephone calls, each time doing something but not making it work saying the will comeback with some part rectify. But till date no one has rectified made it work. mycall R190817gir10226 none phoned or Came, we are fed-up in the past 17 days making 100 phone calls to service centre and waiting to get the TV WORK. can you please take really some action to see that we get TV working? I purchased BPL washing machine 7.2 kg from amazon on 29 sep 2019, order no 408-8877034-7997916 i received it on 05-10-2019. i had lodged complaint on 17november to customer care and till to day no technician attended to solve my problem. every day iam calling but they are making me fool and not taking my problem seriously and after 8 days also no technician attended. dear sir iam mailing with lost hope on you. please do needful.

Worst service, customer care not behave good. they just talk like roadside person. i buy LED From flipkart but after purchase lockdown start, so no replacement. After lockdown, i regularly try to contact to customer care center center but no answer form there side. BPL company sell fake chinese product. In last i would say dont buy BPL products.

I made online purchase of oxymeter brand Smart Oxy04. Once we put finger to the meter and start, the instrument makes constant beep beep and the reading keeps on changing. Pl advice why the beep beep doesn't stop to learn the actual reading of oxygen saturation, pulse rate etc of the person testing.

Sir/Mam,

I filled my complaint regarding bpl washing machine no: BFAFL65WX1(6.5 kg front load) on 27th October for "Error 12" and that motor had stopped working . Then, I received call on 6th November from technician from Shimla, H.P. and he asked for my location and then refused to come as its more than 100 km away and assured me that he will transfer the complaint to Chandigarh which is like 40 km away . Since then I have been trying to call the customer care almost daily to transfer the complaint to Chandigarh and even re-registered my complaint but there is no action ,even confirmed from Chandigarh branch and they said that they had not received my complaint.

Kindly transfer my complaint to Chandigarh or send a Technician from Himachal but get this complaint answered Its been 1.5 months since I filled the complaint and we are suffering a lot due to this inconvenience .
