dear future group team,
i had made a future group shopping card under which i used to get 7500 but recently i lost it along with my other necessary documents n i had lodge a F.I.R against it as well so, now when i went to the store they said they will re issue me a new card but its been like 12 days they haven't issued me a card nor they have contacted me , its me who has to call again and again . now when i called them they said they wont be able to reissue as the card is not registered under the no. which i had given them but again when i called at the helpline no. To know if the card is registered with the same no. or not they checked n said yes it is registered but since the activation process was not done properly (k.y.c documents was not sent to the head office by the staffs my no. is not showing).

As, i know the staffs itself had activated the card from my mobile no. by sending some sms n filling one form which they took so, just think why should i suffer if the staffs had not done their job properly n please look into this matter seriously and also see that the attitude and responsiveness of the staff gets better because i dont think if this type of bad(very poor response) services is provided then the customers will go there for shopping.

I went big bazar Kota Rajasthan at city mall today for shopping. some guys who works at ladies clothing compartment behaved very bad with me, they all were idiots actually. I hope you would do something about it.

To whom it may concern.

This mail is to bring to your notice that I had bought a tshirt from fbb store, City Centre, Mangalore on Friday, 30/11/18 but unfortunately the tshirt was of a smaller size.

I have returned back to Calicut with the tshirt on Friday itself. To exchange the tshirt with a larger size I visited the fbb store at Hilite Mall, Calicut, on 5/12/18, from where they informed me that the tshirt cannot be taken back only because they do not have a similar product in stock at present and so they asked me to visit the main Big bazaar at Mavoor road, Calicut from where I can get the exchange done. Today on visiting the Mavoor road store the customer care authorities informed me that things bought from one store can only be exchanged in that store and not from any other stores of Big bazaar. After this I spoke to the customer care executive on phone who asked me to mail you about the grievances of travelling back to Mangalore and getting my tshirt exchanged which is really difficult on me.

Being a regular customer at Big bazaar, I kindly request you to look into the matter and reply at the earliest.

You can mail me on as soon as you reach a decision which I hope will be a positive one.

Hi,

I am a regular customer of bigbazaar from 4-5 Years and I took a Profit card through Bajaj Finance as Bigbazar member offered me on Last Dec2018. And they said EMI Rs.2000 will deduct on Feb last or March Month 2019. Now Bajaj Finance is continuously calling for submitting the amount at their office address.they are saying you have not submitted the EMI and bank has rejected your amount with some reason etc...why i am getting now this much stress and disturbance on daily routine.I have complained on bigbazar customer care no for the same but he is also saying you have not paid Rs.10000 at a time so i can not help and call is coming from Bajaj which i don't have the Knowledge.Go to you Big bazaar Store. so how many times customer will go to the store and why Big bazaar offering problematic cards to us.this is really very pathetic to me.

On date 28/04/2019 From Bigbazaar Store, Unit No.6, Diamond City North Mall Jessore Road ,Kolkata-700055, I purchased Some personal things, When I Paid From my boi debit card, The amount was Rs. 2900/-, the amount deducted from my account. but the bigbazaar cashier said me the amount was not credited, you have to pay again. next day i gone again same place at big bazaar, and i saw my bank statement to cashier that i have paid you twice time,and the cashier given me a letter, to give at my bank. but on letter there was not a one signature of authorised person of bigbazaar, so please i want to contact a head office of bigbazaar, so please give me a phone number or email id of kishore biyaani.

From big bazaar app, my canceled order money is not being refunded. i ordered clothes from big bazaar yesterday but there is no order coming from 1 day three hour.

I want to cancel my order because I have placed the order on 7 may but placed order was showing canceled and amount was deducted, not yet refunded. please refund my amount of rs 3493.

I am Pratibha Srivastava. I have ordered many times through BigBazaar.

In Order dated 28.5.2021 Order no. 803129399, two items were not delivered. The cashback of that products have received yet in my future pay wallet.

I ordered two times under scheme of 1000 cashback on shopping of 1500( order no. 803129399 & 804452379) but cashback is not received. I know that it was to come in shifts of 100-100 rupees per month but when I ordered on 28.5.2021, & 31.5.2021 under the scheme , any 100 rupees is not received. Cashback was to come from 1 June but today is 8th of June.

Order No. 802816578 Banglore, Rajajinagar. Goods to be delivered in the slot 4 pm to 6 pm. You have not paid the bill for out source ing 1800.........and they are not attending even after 1 hour. Please change your name customer careless.com. if you are not able driver in time atleast a information would enable me to purchase locally. 1. I placed an order on 29th June worth Rs.3735 (excluding wallet). The order number was not generated by BB.
2. On contacting they informed that they HAVE received Rs.3735 but product could not be delivered because of some error that happened in app.
3. After contacting almost everyday the people on the BB end assures that "I am escalating your issue to higher authorities and by today you will get a call or message". No call or message or mail ever came till today (after 14 days)
4. On calling, one local agent informed me that after 7 days your amount will automatically be refunded.
5. I have waited for REFUND and because of that suffered mentally and also suffered lack of food in the house. My money is still with big Bazaar.
6. BB has not apologized via message or mail for what happened nor have they informed me about any initiative for the REFUND through any written medium till today.
7. Please immediately REFUND the amount which BB is holding illegally.

Very poor Customer care service:

I had made online order no. 809534275 on 14.08.2021 for Rs. 526.32 and made part payment through E- Gift voucher for Rs. 500 and part through my SBI debit card for Rs. 26.32. Payment was successfully done for above order on 14.08.2021 and I have to pick up the online order items on next day from Big Bazzar, City Center Mall, Nashik, Maharashtra.

However, due to non confirmation of payment for above order I am unable to pick up my order from store and subsequently order was cancelled by the system. The refund for my cancelled order is still pending even after more than 96 hrs. Hence, it is requested to process my refund immediately.

I have purchase more than 4000 glossary and cloth on 15 August big Bazar katni, as per big Bazar scheme on the day 5 kg wheat is free, counter girls say this item is not available on stock, please collect after 2 or 3 working days, I have visited more than 2-3 times within 15 days , always says stock not available, actual on market big Bazar employees is sold more than 40 bag in private shop. please take legal action and maintain big Bazar brand value.

Today I visited rave moti mall big bajar kanpur and the manager who is working in ground floor was totally out of his mind he misbehaved with customers and showing attitude very bad tone he is using. very much surprice that type of people working their and he is saying nothing will happen in customer care go give my name he told me his name that was Atul Kumar tiwari.

If any body is looking this department and if some read my complain so please take necessary action.

Items of grocery were purchased by me on 1st Oct 2021worth Rs.7000/- at your Big Bazaar outlet in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj. Out of the total bill amount of Rs.7000/-, Rs.4000/- were disallowed for the purpose of claiming complementary items under the plea that the items purchased were olive oil and pure ghee on which no complementary items were allowed. In this connection following submissions are made:

1. Your advertisements that are appearing in the media do not state that no gift items are allowed on olive oil and pure ghee.
2. There was no placard anywhere in the outlet stating: "No free items on Olive oil, pure ghee" etc. This information was divulged only at the time of making payment.
3. I have been receiving free offer on the total bill amount irrespective of the purchases made including olive oil and pure ghee. In fact this has been the only incentive for making purchases from Big Bazaar.

HAVING SPENT TWO HOURS IN SELECTING THE ITEMS AND THEN BEING TOLD AT THE TIME OF BILLING THAT NO FREE OFFER WAS ALLOWED ON THE ITEMS STATED I AND MY WIFE FELT CHEATED AND HUMILIATED. WE EXPECT BIG BAZAAR TO BE TRANSPARENT AND MENTION BOLDLY THE ITEMS ON WHICH NO OFFER IS BEING MADE.
