My old credit cards were replaced with new cards4412854405025002 and 4412854405025101, however I have not received the pin nos to enable me use.I received the msg that this has been dispatched on 25.6,2018.

I called customer service and was informed that this is not yet delivered. I am asked to do a very long mobile typing in sequence which I failed to do repeatedly due to one reason or other. How do I get the pin to enable me use the card.

When I opened my A/C I request in branch pls do provide me only soft copy of statement only.. Hardcopy of statement should not be posted on my postal address. Today I got hard copy of my statement on my postal address.. Pls do the needful n stop sending hard copy of my statement.. Pls do send soft copy only.

After waiting patiently for 18 days I am informing you except a few SMS telling me thatIi have been allotted ac number and with the deposited cheque of Rs50000/-you expect me to do banking with you. Where is my cheque book? .where is my debit card? and where is my pass book?.you say within the next 7 days you will be sending the kit.Damn with your smart moves.You have frustaded me with inordinate delay.No longer interested to continue my relationship with you.

I read all the customers review from the net. Shocked to read the treatment given to your customers. need your immediate reply or else close my ac.

I've paid my credit card EMI through SBI online on 24.10.2018, due date of payment is on 28.10.2018. SBI has deducted the amount from my account. Kindly confirm the status of my payment.. Credit Card No.4412 8579 2537 XXXX. Please help me or I will have to send again.

For the last few days this happening. contacted customer care on phone. the executive on line was no help except directing me to this site for making complaint. Every time i fill in details to open, msg comes, UNFORTUNATELY INDUSIND MOBILE BANKING HAS STOPPED. why this with no apparent reason.

I am extremely upset with your service i have an account with your bank since so many years opera house branch, i am your prime customer. I bought tvs Victor bike on 6\1\2019. There is an issue with the bike self starter. I visited the agency and it was repaired but only after a week the same problem happened. I visited again and this time battery was changed but there was again problem with the self start. I have visited several times but issue is not solved. I want my bike to be repaired asap.
