I received a cheque of Rs50 thousand against my policy having no.709113195 which was stopped since last five years. Cheque is issued in favour of my Axix Bank account which is not in running condition. Can the same cheque be issued without mentioning the name of the bank so that I can deposit in other bank where I am having valid account?

They was said to me that if I open this police so I have investment 51 thousand per year and when ever I want my payment back to me.
