i bought sweater on 14 dec 2019 and in just 7 days it turns into defective piece. Before purchasing, staff of store assured me of nothing to be happen to sweater but when i return them a defective piece they not even bothered to talk to me on this issue..just ridiculous.

I am a routine customer almost used to visit twice in a month whenever i am in the country for shopping at urs sector 17 Chandigarh Showroom of Colour plus.

Yesterday in afternoon around 2.30/3 when i visited to purchase some shirts for which i could not find the suitable design so i bought shirts from another showroom Kapsons, u may check. While leaving ur showroom when i was to use urinal inside your showroom. One of urs staff short height using spex spoke very hardly that, no you can not use urinal here.

Secondly in the whole purchasing i also went to exchange one shirt in my total shopping done in last 2/3 years. AT That time also they denied or spoke harsh was the reason of down trending urs brand by me.

This was shameful that out of so many Articles Purchased i just send them to exchange one product one time, Which they did not???? was a specific Reason last year in 2019 & Urs showroom Staff well know me & also aware about that Specific Note. i never complained to you as as a small issue .

I purchased trouser after one wash fabric became faded and spotty which is v disappointing for me I want to replace it ASAP.

I have mobile number 8001060000 a day bought pant from Bathinda store. stitching of pant lossed in one wash and after that visit store for the same but do misbehave and after that contact with manager, I gave my complaint then for repair but now they said that they lost my pant and they do nothing in this regard.

I am surprised that u running a showroom or road side shop, in which there is no hearing if customer by your manager and they simple say we lost your pant and come after one week. Is one week is very small time?
