Purchased total kohler bathroom fittings (from Vijayawada showroom) including one washbasin that was installed as per the direction of your technician. Since day 1 it is leaking. I have brought this to the notice of showroom personnel several times. Everytime they promise to send technician to fix problem.But so far the technician has not turned up. Very poor service from Vijayawada showroom. Company needs to focus on such showrooms.

Purchased total kohler bathroom fittings (from a Lucknow showroom ) including one concealed WC that was installed as per the direction of your technician. Since day 1 it is leaking. I have brought this to the notice of showroom personnel several times. Everytime they promise to send technician to fix problem.But so far the technician has not turned up. Very poor after sales service. Company needs to focus on such things.10 years warranty was told to me when I was purchasing the same.

Note that I have purchased bath room (2 nos.) & kitchen fitting of all Kohler make. However, I have found that there is a hole at the bottom of the commode (OVE), from which water/stool come out if we use heavy flush. I have already informed it to your service people earlier. They have visited site & informed me that it is an overflow line. Then I have told it to my plumber & they checked & told the installation is OK. Please advise how it can be resolved. Clarify whether it is a defective item?

Purchased Kohler concealed tank from your authorised showroom in jubilee hills Hyderabad branch. For the last 20 days the concealed tank is leaking. I have registered an complaint locally 20 days back to no avail. I have been falsely promised that a technician will be sent on several counts. During sales lot is said but after sales lot is desired. MRK- 9885576600.

Kohler Complaint Ref: M17041704549 161025407070

I made four sets of Washrooms and two Vanities at my home furnished with 100% Kohler products. After started living about a month I noticed that two Hint faucets out of four installed were found having discoloured chrome at base area.

I lodged a complaint of pitting of faucet surface at Kohler Toll free Number on 17/04/2017. Kohler representative visited after 6 days of complaint registered which was a long waiting time and recall twiced. He took photographs of faucet pitting and told me that a suitable decision will be taken and intimated to you shortly.

A SMS received on 25/04/2017 about resolvement of complaint. After a long wait I phoned Kohler Toll free and found that my complaint was closed registering some chemical used on these faucets by user.

I was surprised that they did not intimated me the results and reasons of denial, on closure of this complaint.

Secondly how Kohler representative can decide without talking to the user that a chemical was used on these kohler products. There was not a single question asked by the Kohler representative about the cleaning agent used on these products, rather he was saying that area office will take the decision after seeing the photographs taken on site. I don't understand how they made this decision, and they didn't try to intimate the customer about results and close the complaint at their end.

This is a cheating and not fair on behalf of such a big International fame Company growing at fullest in India. This will rather loose customer's faith and earn a bad name on their service and quality. Please reply me what you decide to resolve this issue and replace the products.

It is the matter of thinking that only two faucets out of full four baths and two vanity products are found defective. If some unsuitable cleaning agent is used by user why not the other products got effected?

I searched your site. It is not possible to register a complaint. Hence I use this opportunity. One of my commode lid is loosened and am finding it difficult to fix it. Visited the local dealer. He gave the number of your mechanic Srikant (9205585393). 15/16 July his mobile was switched off. 17th he said he would come. Thereafter I have been reminding him. I have recently purchased a WC from chamunda stones pune who is a dealer of Kolher and when we received the packet for seat cover installation the nut and bolt was missing there is only one piece. I have purchased 16 toobi exposed bath and shower faucet but the shower regulator is broken and also the commode lid is loosened and I have already being complaining for the past 6 months but there is no proper response from your side, the shower is not working because of the regulator which is broken. We are facing this problem for the past 6 months but there is no response from your side. We purchased your company products because your company has a good name and we thought that the quality will be good but within a month the regulator is broken and the commode lid is loosened. This is really very disappointing and I have never seen such worst customer service. Please take action immediately otherwise I will take legal action against your company and file a case in the consumer court. So it will be better if you take proper action.

This is the 2 reminder I am registered a online compliant dated 17/09/2020, regarding W/C tank water leaking but till date customer care no responding even not reply mail from your side. problem still pending take further action.
