Dear Sir,
The name XEROX denotes and signifies that a well reputed company renown World Wide would even dare to make such a gross mistake to put their prestigious clients into doldrums for the last 20 days without rectifying the significant fault not being repaired consequently by the expertise team of XEROX who had to put their hands up after a intensive and grueling check up but failing each time on their visit. Two Challans serial dt. 03/09/18 Kol-ENG-3218/Kol & Eng-3264 undated was delivered by personnels consequently.
They finally came to a conclusion that the parts supplied to them from the company are totally defective, irreparable and irreplaceable.
Sir, the damages have already been occurred and the unaccountable loss has put us and the management into a state of oblivion not finding any solution to it.
We earnestly request you to take up this matter on a war footing, and either replace the machine on a urgent and priority basis/ or compensate us to the core.
We reiterate the same on a connote to it.

Discount for waste copies in bill
Sir i am jila shivakumar. my machine is infalsma contract since 4months. i am complaining about printer quality issue, i gave compliant on 25-08-2020 but no one engineer has came to me. i have closed my shop and stopped business yesterday i.e 02-09-2020. engineer has came and solve 2 months back the same complaint as raised but due to covid pandemic the engineer has not shown effort. agian & agian same problem came in that above 400 sheets. i have loss so i request to discount atleast 300 copies from my bill MY MACHINE SERIAL NUMBER IS 3915243893.
