Bought a Bailley water bottle from Patna railway station but the quality was very bad there were suspended material in the bottle. This wasn't expected from Parle.

I bought frooti from market, its having smell and suspected material...very bad experience. I'll complaint to consumer court.. their customer care not pickings phone.

This is to notify you - I purchased gallon of water from our local vendor, when we noticed a green algae/fungi in bottle. And you people claim your water is safe to use, this is kind of quality you are providing to consumers. This kind of contaminated water can be very harmful for people. I made complaint also and MR UPADHAY came and check the bottle and told me our quality team will visit soon. But till now no one came from your company. I look forward to your reply with a weak or I will pursue other options.

We are using Bailley 20 litre pack regularly@90/bottle from Metro super market, Lodha Splendora, GB Road Thane. We are disgusted with shabby bottles we are getting from the supplier. Why can't take out the shabby bottles from circulation and introduce good bottles. You don't feel like drinking water from the shabby bottles.

I got Bailey water bottle for 15 rupees in Indian railway no 12715 and I think it is duplicate copy and they are selling by violating rules. please look into matters I have trust bailley watter bottles.

First of all like other companies you have no call center for cusmer care to register complaints. What a huge drawback to the company, forget reputation or customer ethics its like saying we dont care with no customer centric attitude, you guys are just money minded and dont value your customers. 20 litre water cans has no seal like before (tamper Proof) the lid can be opened by anyone and be repacked with anywater, if you guys have any knowledge on safety and hygiene use seal on top of lid to ensure tamper proof.

With family, we were travelling on Train No16205 Talaguppa-Mysuru Express on 9th evening. Near Bhadravathi station Bailey vender came selling water. We purchased one bottle for which he took ₹20/. Latter when we saw the MRP it was only ₹15/. We could not trace the vender to clarify. Then another vender came selling the same water. When I asked for water he also told ₹20/. When we checked the bottle it had MRP printed ₹20/. We were wondering how it is possible! Water was produced at Sri Sai Beverage, Kanakapura KA. Batch no.1137.MFD. 06-09-2023(not very clear of date). There is some foul play is going on certainly. Please investigate. I am an ex- employee of Parle’s. Railways supply please print on the label BOLDLY. Thanks and give no chance for this type of fraudulent deals.
