I would like to replace my phone because the charger port doesn't work. I received the Motorola G (2012) on December 5th 2014 with warranty and the warranty is still applicable. I would like to know what I can do about it

Hi Folks, manoj here i buy moto 3rd generation on 3rd august 2015. for the first month it's working perfectly fine and then it show some problems...

1. both sim card not working,
2. wifi not working,
3. heating problem and
4. sound problem.

i submitted the phone in the service center on 26th sept 2015 they told me that we will provide you the phone by 14th oct 2015. till now they did't repair my phone and really guys i really disappoint from moto brand. guyz i'm suggesting you don't go for this phone.

Hi, Lokesh here purchased moto x play on 27/9/2015 and got speaker issue on 2/10/2015. Till date their common answer from all of them is your problem is escalated to concern department and they will call u back soon sit tight and pray for the shit to get a call from them.Till date no word from any executive about regarding the issue and my device still is in service center only. Worst brand and waste publicity please guys dont buy any moto phone or any other devices from moto because they cant guarantee if anything goes wrong in the device.

Got disappointed, when customer care replied to my query that Motorola don't have an option to share Desk top or laptop internet with Motorola mobiles, saying sorry about that...was shocked to hear from a giant technology company.....please update things.....we haven't lost hope in u.

Motorola customer care service is very bad, gave mobile several week ago but no confirmation when i will get it back.

The past November 28, 2016, I bought a phone Moto G (4th Generation) - Black - 16 GB - Unlocked - Prime Exclusive - with Lockscreen Offers & Ads.

This phone was working well until a couple of days ago, when, being on and in operation, it stops responding to commands. Attempting to solve the problem, I proceed to try to turn off the phone using the corresponding key, but the phone did not turn off and it started to heat up more and more. Given the high temperature of the phone, the back cover is removed and the heat transmitted by the battery is sensed, and in a few seconds it starts to spark, a flame and then smoke, leaving the phone to run. I do not know if this purchase of the phone enjoys any kind of guarantee, which if so I would like to receive; but also made this informal communication of this fact happened with the telephone, in which the phone only for no apparent reason, raised its temperature and went into spontaneous combustion, damaging the whole equipment. The Motorola customer care does not receive calls, where should we tell our problems and complains now. This is not good.

Two years back I brought lenovo A 6000. I suffered lot with phone, I changed 4 times display and 2 times mother board at last sell the phone.

Now I purchase Motorola e4 plus everyone saying phone is very good but I got same problem of touch screen, and the service center people said the part not available and it may be come 4 to 5 days. We are in 20th century not in 18th century if you not provide good items and service you close your company, don't fool us. How many days to take repair my phone.

On Aug 2nd 2017 I took moto e4+. After few month I am facing touch screen malfunction problem I send to the Motorola customer care, the technical person suggested to check some setting, I checked as instructed, that was ok, still the problem is same.... does not works. that time mobile under warranty period.
