I request to you about 'washing machine issues about "installation." but customer care executive, assistant or what ever, May apply a chareges for issues. Please try to arrange technician as early as possible.... others wise product refunded to dealer.

Please do not buy any haier products. Because the service of product is very very bad. And my experience with service center of haier is so poor because they do not pick any call and if they pick any customer phone they will transfer your call to another person and another person also transfer your call to another.
The haier product and service of product is bullshit.

I have been complaining about my Haier fridge that I bought over a year ago - 2024. There is a lot of sweating inside the fridge as a result of which all my stored food items keep getting spoils. This has caused me a lot of financial loss and agony.

I sent them several emails saying their technicians have not been able to resolve the problem. My lawyer too sent them notices after which they said they will replace the fridge. Even after a month they have not done so. When I call them they will either ask me to call someone else in Haier or then not answer my calls.

This is a totally disgusting company with no morals or ethics. I have finally decided to take them to the Consumer Court. I urge all dissatisfied users of Haier products to do so as then only will they learn to respect the customer.
