My remote is broken by the last 6 hours, and I have complained to you many times. Due to not receiving any responses from you. I have been your customer since 2012. This is my last complaint.

My tv picture stopped workings. I can only hear sound. It's been 15 days thr is no response. They have closed cycle for complaining. Customer care don't know address of service center. They just take complain and forget it. Next time u call its same story. Give complain and forget.

Wanted to update that have bought Videocon Led on 7th Nov 2016 hence technically it is still in warranty as on date.

On 14th & 18th July have logged complaint thru phone No – 01204500600 about LED not working and a complaint number VMD55FH07FAP was issued.

As the set was in warranty but still I paid Rs 900 + transport charges of Rs.500 when the service team visited & took the LED for repair.

When they delivered LED it has still the same problem & again on the same day I called the service number to update them that it is not resolved.

In response they told that they had ordered the part & upon delivery it shall be replaced.

Now we had called numerous times at the help desk to get an update but the issue remain unresolved.

We are totally fed-up with the services of Videocon & seems that we had done a HUGE MISTAKE of purchasing the said article of Videocon.

Can any one help us to resolve the issue or else I will have to go to Consumer Court as no update is been provided to me as on date.As there is a gross harassment which we are facing doing numerous follow ups with no results / update.

Marking copy to the service centre at Ghaziabad also in case they can update me on the status. It is very strange no phone number is been given to me so that I can call or visit personally. I don’t have a tool where I can see the progress. I do not know when the issue is resolved. I do not know even whom to get escalate this.

Sir / Mam,

This is to share poorest, irresponsible, slow Customer care experience. The problem in the TV arise on 10th April 2019. It is 5th Month of no care taken. Really very tough to believe that company with a brand value of Videocon can be so slow in solving the problem of a customer at so slow pace.

My details are as under:-

NAME:- VARUN MOHAN

Complaint:- Under 5 years warranty LED Videcon 50 “Tv.
Complaint Number:- LP-46320 7190 6291.
First complaint:- 18th April.
New complaint :- 29th June.
New complaint:- 16th July.
After that many intermediate complaint.

Have paid 1300 visit charge already on 9th May 2019. Mind it these are charges even taken in warranty. Still nothing happening.

I made more than 12 complaints. But inspite never received a feedback call. I am really harassed.

Latest when talked to Local customer repair center at Calcutta. Got to know:-
1). Previously by mistake ordered wrong product.
2). Now came to know picture tube is faulty.

So they told there are only 2 conditions for rectification as 50 ‘’ TV are not avialble with company, nor there spares are available.:-
A). Either return full amount of TV.
B). Or to replace a LED tv of more inch.

I would like to have A done after so bitter experience with company after sale service. This is the poorest show of service by a company. Hope to receive reply from you asap.

Dear sir/Madam,

I have raised a complaint with Videocon Customer Care on 10-SEPTEMBER-2019, regarding the issue with my Videocon LED television.

The complaint number is LP-5346321909101.

After calling so many times,always get only single response “it will take time because we don’t have part and it is coming from head our office” and it goes for almost 1 months continuously.

It clearly seems that Videocon do Not care about their customer and also they won't keep up their promise in servicing Videocon products, even when the products are under warranty. Please do something as my tv is still under warranty.

I was buy videocon tv 2016 and its now 1.5 years still waiting for service because not working from 1.5 years they told me parts not available so I am confused is that my fault parts not available I heard maximum company replace the tv if parts not available but why not videocon are they waiting for expire warranty please suggest me where i can file the case with compensation everyday 10,000 rupees. I have genuine reason I can explain in court and i have every voice record from 1.5 years what they are telling I really want to punished to videocon manufacturer.

Hi,

I bought Videocon 65 inch LED TV and I was never able to connect to WIFI. My father is raising issue from LAST 3 YEARS and it was NEVER FIXED. Customer care always keep telling some reasons and technicians come and go.

My Question is DOES IT TAKE 3 YEARS TO FIX THE ISSUE???

I have place complaint against My refrigerator is stop working due to high voltage of electricity and I had complaint regarding it through the complaint Id LP-7746752007221 but still any repair person is not come from your videocon team and either i had call many times regarding this but could not received any reply from your side and neither any person come here to resolve my issue.

We bought Videocon LED in October 2016 from Prakash Electronic. Chalisgaon Dist Jalgaon.

Last year in Sep 2019 It's display panel gone from work. Its not working. We don't see picture in tv but only listen sound. Then our electrical distributor complaint in service center and put request for display panel. Its now 1 year to this thing still we didn't get that part. I call them in 1 year spam several time like 3-4 time in every months. But they only say your request for panel is approved we will immediately deliver it to you. Shame on your service videocon. We worked so hard to buy swadeshi company appliances and you do this shit like service.

My fridge's is not working, It has been working properly since last two years without any problem whats so ever. But the compressor has stopped working abruptly. I have contacted the service centre but they are not showing any interest to resolve my issue.

Hi Team,

This is in reference to one product which we purchased on 19th October 2017 from Pooja Electronics & Home Appliances having Shop at Shop No.1,2,3, Viraj Avenue, Manaji Nagar, Narhe, Pune 411041.

It was a 43”inch Smart TV, Model No. VNN43FH24CAFM, I have registered a complaint for display of my Videocon TV on 15th June 2020 Cll number : LP745922006131 in the name of Mr. Mane (Akash Enterprises) and it was closed without providing any resolution. My complaint has not been resolved still now many times I have contacted customer care people but there is no response from any one. It has visibility issue and you people are ignoring every complaint.

Problem - LCD screen vertical lines.

Hope you understand that Videocon LED TV is in warranty period and I have all the call records,and written complaints, so please dont force me to go to Consumer Court and take action against you. Lets close this on a good note by providing the service as soon as possible.

I am writing this post to report the faulty service in respect of my Videocon LED TV (model VJU 40-FH-17XAH-DDB) purchased on 16.10.2015 with a five year (3 year initial + 2 year festival warranty). A copy of purchase invoice and newspaper cutting of festival offer is attached as Annx.1 & 2).

Suddenly there has been faults regarding the led display panel of the tv - started in the form of one white line about 4mm wide but now there are two white line running across centre left side causing a huge viewing inconvenience.

I had registered the complaint with customer ID – R K Agarwal Mobile No. 9351966387 (with complaint no. LP5294511910123) at your customer care on 12.10.2019 and after regular follow-ups, they assured me that the replacement part approval has been received on 24.10.2019 and would be replaced or fixed soon. I am disappointed to say that this has not happened till date.

On multiple follow-up with your customer care representative on 25.10.2019 and 02.11.2019, I was compelled to put another complaint on same issue on 06.11.2019. Again, after regular multiple follow-up on 08.11.2019, 18.11.2019, 21.11.2019 and 30.11.2019 and including two time visitation charges of Rs. 500/- paid to your technician, it was informed that the replacement part approval has been received on 11.12.2019 and would be replaced soon.

I am exceedingly displeased with both the quality of product as well as the poor service I have received since past one year. I have been a fond consumer of Videocon products until now when I have been misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product and also the service provided by your help centers. Now buying Videocon products seems like a very big mistake.

So I request you to replace the defective part of my LED TV as it stands within the stipulated warranty period. Please see to it that you are actually taking measure to fix the problems and replace the defective part before the expiry of warranty period on 16.10.2020 and not just make false claims.
