This is a company only to cheat the public in India. All the mob no given for registering the complaint are not working or do not respond. Even the tool free no for customer care support keeps you busy as contrast of their staff being busy. Even the registered office & corporate office phone no do not respond. I suggest not to purchase their product. I have lodged a complaint which I could do after a great efforts through mail which is still unattended since last 10 days. Hope some sane person in company will look for its bad managed after sales service of the company.

Very soory to say that is very reputed AC brand and no one is bother to attend a call not on customer care and also call in Delhi office they to have no any information. i have bought window AC o general from bedi sales pvt ltd Chandigarh road Ludhiana 2 week back. AC was running good in 1st week but after that he start giving very bad smell which is non tolerable while sitting in room for at least 10 min while starting the unit.
