Dear mam/sir,

I'm disappointed with the behavior of maac institute that they had denied student login today in online session.

If you are not trusting your customer after paying 11000/- . and you expect that customer should believe you without any further expectation. Late payment in fees due to salary problem due to covid-19. on Saturday and Sunday tried for online transaction but 2-3 times there was online transaction failure so unable to pay, still we are trying. But you expect us that we should adjust you easily when you are saying that there was bandwidth problem on your side and so you were not able to conduct online session. Many times we had adjusted you for not having lectures. but today you had denied my son login. Though the government has said that institutions cannot stop students learning in the pandemic situation of COVID-19.

Reputed institute like macc is sticking to their policies by denying login and not providing any online material for the topic that they had taught.We are not asking for the entire material we just want the topic material that has been taught and i think that is worth for rs.11000/-.

There is no consideration for students from MAAC Institute. This is the way you treat your students.
