I did a transaction with jio app and used amazon wallet, the money was deducted but the transaction was not successful nor the money to the account. Can you give me the proof that the transaction of amount 505 has not reached you on the 12th?

From last few days the jio network is worst,no network. I think jio to shut their office and go home. I think other network is enough. See my network is 0.00b/s .See l have jio tower near my house but no network . If you doesn't respond to the problem then I think I have to change the SIM. Because I facing lot of problems, please help me.

My jio number -‭+91 721-7839449‬ has been stolen by someone. so kindly block the above mentioned number for misuse.

I have not applied for suspending my sim, suddenly I got services are stopped and your sim is suspended message this is not fair. I haven't applied for suspension of my sim 8179199319.

This is my mobile number 8317002721 and I have a problem that my net is not working. I have done all the setting advised by adviser and I almost complaint about 10 times and my problems is not being solve.

My jio no. 8928700816 (Mumbai sim) has no activity, seems that sim got deactivated.

Request you to check the sim connectivity and help to restart the sim.so the activation and network can be seen on phone.) My registered complain no. SR00001129R9 in Jio customer care.they have limited access to the system hence writing over here. Please resolve it ASAP.

Worst network. i have ever seen my old network provider is much better in resolving network issues. in this regard im contacting customer care for past 1 year and reply was we r working on it i am not asking for free im annual pre paid customer. if u cannot resolve refund me so i can switch over to my old network vodafone
