I've recharged my d2h pack on 3rd of July 2020 Since from there we unable to see the channels. I've complaint on your customers service on 5th July they told me in 24hrs the engineer will visit check some connection issue, and now it's 7th of July no engineer visit is happen I've spoken to the customer care but they didn't give me the proper information very bad service I'm changing the d2h operator service.

मेरा खाता क्रमांक18034642 है एवं कस्टमर आईडी 1811 47499 है. मेरे खाते में ₹456 हैं फिर भी मैं अपना चैनल नहीं देख पा रहा हूं. इसके बावजूद भी मैंने ₹100 का रिचार्ज करवाया तब भी कई बार कस्टमर केयर पर फोन से शिकायत करने के बावजूद मैं चैनल्स नहीं देख पा रहा हूं. लगभग 3-4 महीने से मैं परेशानी से जूझ रहा हूं कृपया मेरी समस्या का समाधान कीजिए अन्यथा मेरा अकाउंट हमेशा के लिए डिस्कनेक्ट कर दीजिए.

I have purchased remote only. but your people has debited rs.200 for repairing charges wrongly. your customer care officials told me that the same will be reversed within 24 hours but nothing has happened so far. Kindly do needful immediately. 196220539.

Worst service no problem solving in customer care. so so bad, always says technical problem. I am hearing abut that technical problem from last two month. India's worst service provider company.

Your company service is very poor bad company costumer care never connected

Yesterday at around 8:30 pm I have recharged for rs 270 from phonepe.The amount of rs 270 has been debited from my account has not been recharged.Transaction id -N2008202032271505735010 and customer id -243905230

D2h is in warranty period and it remote stpped working. Call center told me there is no charge for the replacement but your technician is asking for 275 Rs. Why?

I had called your customer care nos. today, regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my set top box.

I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the DTH service provider.

Cant see those channels which included in my pack,tried to contact customer care numbers but most of are out of orders, or not working. Can please D2H take it seriously or i will changing my DTH to other operators.

I tried calling more than 100 times to customer care but they do not pick up the call and no one replies to my query. What should i do?
