Respected sir/mam

I am Prodyat Kumar das, physically semi handicapped person. And I am using Hero meastro EDGE VX. My bike has a electrical fault issue and now my is in VINLINE SERVICE CENTRE BAGUIATI KOLKATA.

Since 29th sept due to wearing harness, Part no-32100aaw001 unavailability service center unable to give bike. Why such things happen with me?

I need immediate action from your end as I am totally dependent on my bike.

I had purchased Hero maestro Edge... Reg. no: AP31EA5879 in a year 2017 sept- 30th. So far i had faced lot of problems while ride this two wheeler.

1. After purchase this vehicle Kick rod stuck and get it to a service by mode of transport of a goods van...It was partially rectified.The same problem repeat one more time.
2. The existing battery discharged..Due the self problem every day...Two more times...Its happening. Service station doing temporary job instantly. Regularly facing same..Still now.They changed battery still continue the problem.
3. Total lock system collapsed...By handover to service station..Taken 10 days to rectify it.
4.Now recently problem occurring high whistling noise from engine. taken to service station.. Bhore and piston rod has to changed.

Mileage of vehicle: 16000+
Tenure of vehicle: 2yrs

This vehicle is my 05th Hero bike. i am hero fan from 30 yrs. Now i felt very irritation by Hero. Still my bike at Sri Harsha service station. Plz justify the issue at tha earliest.

मैं टाटा मोटर्स मे अकाउंटेन्ट हू मैने HF delux 17अक्टूबर को RBS hero अशोक नगर कानपुर खरीदी थी 17november को 1st सर्विस करवाने गया जब सर्विस हो गयी उसके बाद चलाने पर कुछ आवाज मालुम पडी हम 2दिन बाद गये मिस्त्री ने बताया की हैड लाईट टूटी है मोटर साईकिल कही तो लड़ी होती तभी तो टूटेगी हैड लाईट
चेन कवरआवाज कर रहा है 2बार जा चुका हू लेकिन कुछ ना कुछ बहाना बना देते है
बैक लाईट भी हिल रही है
मैं हीरो मोटर साइकिल से satisfi नही हू मैं भविश्य मे हीरो की मोटरसाइकिल नही लूँगा
क्यो की इतनी खराब सर्विस एईसा लगता है की बिना ट्रेनिंग के सर्विस ऐडवाइज़र और मिस्त्री है जिनको कुछ भी नही आता हम मोटर साइकिल 2दिन बाद बेच देंगे और जा कर दुसरी कंपनी की खरीदते है

Dear sir. mera naam ranu bhatt he. me udaipur rajasthan se belong krta hu. mene apna scooter hero mestro service pe diya. service advisor ne bhut poor response diya and bina job card bnaye bol diya ki apka job card bna diya h. mere kuch additional problms bina sune bol diya ki apka kaam ho jaayega. uski complain krne me manager k paas gya to manager se or mujse galat response se baat kri. overall dissatisfied with saif automobiles bhinder udaipur. very third class service.

My insurance has been cancelled by ICICI Lombard due to Cheque bounce on 04 July 2019.I have purchase the policy from Autoneeds (sector 14 Gurgaon) in 07 April 2019 & paid the amount by cash. Autoneeds not take any action for cheque bouncing & my policy is cancelled if any misshaping who will be responsible?

Hi,
This is Prasad Naik I am having issue with my new bike Xpulse 200 I am continuing taking follow up for the same but concern person is not taking serious action on it. Also this issue i am facing from first day and I have informed to Vasai hero fort point branch. First day my bike was not starting for 2 hour's but Vasai branch manager notice the problem but not taken any action. And till date issue is not resolved even yesterday I have repair bike from Virar branch (uddhav) but again today I am facing Same issue, It's very difficult to go every week in branch because all branches is very far from my house around 12 km from my house. I am requesting you to kindly take necessary action or any other information please let me know.

I am very old customer for my bike is Hero Duet and mobile no 8778251179, two days back I had given my bike for servicing and they have charged 3500/-. Its look is good but engine quality is very bad. Before handing over the bike they don't check the vehicle . By mistake they don't give battery connection to my bike. People are lethargic and not good in bike service.

I would recommend plz don't give bike servicing 100ft road hero showroom pondicherry.

Im very old Customer from Ranchi , i have 2 bikes at my home one is Scooter. Today i gave my scooty for the Servicing at your Authorised Service centre (A-One Automobiles -Kanke Road Gonda Town near CMPDI ) with some common problems at morning. After 4Hours he will call me and say your complaint was solved but at the time of receiving i found my scooter was in same problems, only they will wash my scooter. After saw that i asked what he will do with my concerned problems nothing was done pls call the technician who will repair it, then he will come and say he will have some doubts with my problem regarding my complaint. Im said to him why you will do in 4 hours he replay to me if you want to receive then receive otherwise pls come after 3 days.

So i last only say thai in one word i did not come next time at your service centre. In compare to your service the outsiders technician or garage was so better he will charge if 1000 rs then they will satisfy the customer. My bike registration number JH-01BK-0658.

I am one of the valuable customer for SS moter Kengeri settelite town Bangalore. I have given regularly for services my bike hence fast 3 yeras but that time service and everything thing is good. But from last six month they are not servicing well. they are making money on general check up, also they are charging more then 1000 rs. Its ok for that amount but service is not good

I purchased One Hero DESTINI,The next MONTH of purchase i saw few screws are not there. Starting Problems is Continuous. Body Parts are not Aligned properly. I complained the dealer they are suggesting don't complain to the company. I complained Company they are not taking care of the complaint.The Digital meter is showing wrong fuel Status. On Sudden it's Fuel Bar is changing ans showing different status even if the i fill the Fuel.While Starting engine it is showing one Fuel indicator status and while driving on the way it is showing different indicator of fuel. while some unusual sounds are coming from scooter.The scooter having many scratches in the body.

After purchasing the scooter i am facing issues every day and giving complaint to Hero Motor cop still they are not taking care of.This is one of my First and last experience with Hero Motor Cop.I will never suggest anyone to go for Hero Motors to purchase any of the scooter and Bikes.

If a one to three month scooter is having so many issues from this i conclude that the product itself in worst.

I will Suggest Everyone to go for Honda Bikes and Scooters. Honda is very good in Handling the Customer Issues and Honda will not Cheat the Customers. If one Customer is complaining they will immediately response and taking care of. But Hero Customer Care Service is completely Worst. I gave complaint twice still they are not responding.

Sir, mere original parts to new bike ke saath aate hai unhe dealer se dilwane ki karpya kare...nahi to me future me kabhi bhi hero bike use nahi karunga. Aur mere new bike ko sell karke dusri bike le lunga.. kyki dealer ne mere saath dhoka kiya hai me iski complete court me bhi karunga. Kyki mere se pure paise lekar mughe sare parts nahi diy hai aur kafi parts old dal kar diye hai.

मैं आज 14.05.2020 को गाड़ी no. BR31AG 6116 नजदीक के सर्विस सेंटर में गया था लेकिन उन्होंने अपने Computer System पर "No FSC Service Available" का मैसेज दिखा कर सर्विस देने से इनकार कर दिया . चूंकि Lockdown में सभी सर्विस सेंटर बंद रखने का आदेश था इस वजह से Time Bond में मैं सर्विस नहीं करा पाया था तो क्या मुझे Extended time नहीं मिलना चाहिए???
Lockdown अवधि का extended time Hero MotoCorp Ltd. देना चाहिए । अपितु मुझे उपभोगक्ता फोरम में जाने के लिए बाध्य होना पड़ेगा

They told that company won't give warranty Just for promotion n publicity issue company will offer. Please clarify me.

Hi.. I am Mrutyunjay Patil mob no 9657003515 from Jaysingpur PIN 416101. I have hero pleasure. Due to Starting issue of Pleasure vehicles MH09DC5715. I have given my pleasure for Repairs. But Your service center done servicing. Taken charges but issue not solved. After that again given my pleasure for Repairs. That time only change the Starting Switch and taken charges. After that also issue not solved. After that Again given for repairing but three days taken for repairs. And informed me no problem in vehicle. After the also issue not solved Pleasure Starting Issue. During this I have faced very bad ruf treatment from service center. I have informed every time to Your service center Starting issue and fuel smell come during Starting. Service center persons approach is very casual.

All time I have made repairs at your service center name is M/S Manisha Auto Jaysingpur. Dist Kolhapur State Maharashtra Pin 416101.
