Train - IXITR121344561034 I booked a ticket from kurukshetra to chandigarh on 6th August and cancelled it on 9th August, the train was on 10th August. My money was supposed to be refunded in 5 working days but it has been 14 days and 7 working days and money is still not refunded please reply back.

Rs.1398 is deducted from my account but i didn't got the ticket.

My request for the refund I have mailed. Do look into that matter asap. And it's been long hours after my money has been debited unknowingly.

I have tried to book train ticket on 4th May the payment through UPI failed and after consecutive effort payment was through but no ticket is booked.

Since that time I am following with IXIGO management and my Bank for refund. My Bank has confirmed that oayment is through same they confirm from IXIGO bank.

As per IXIGO suggestion charge back was raised and IXIGO bank i form that payment was credited to IXIGO account and they had rejected it.

Train booking could not be confirmed due to payment failure. so deducted money will refund my account pls.

I went to book a ticket on ur website but It didn't and Money was deducted. It told me that u will get ur refund within 7 working days. During this period my Bank account was closed due to some issues, after that it showed that Money has been credited to ur bank account, but the account has been closed. I am unable to contact ur Coustomer care advisor and No one has tried to Contact me during these days

I did booking of train ticket through ixigo app and did payment through Paytm upi but it went pending and ticket got cancelled and the amount after some time credited to ixigo @axis of 587.70 now ticket is also not booked and amount is credited to ixigo please refund my money.
