Kajaria tiles problem there is bend and top coating is started coming out company and shopkeeper is not ready to take responsibility. This is not expected from reputed company. Actually after this company has become fraud.

I have purchased the tiles of mode k 6807 rock vitrified tiles for my outdoor floor, almost have purchased more than 200 cases but all went in vain. After couple of months more than half of the tile have broken lines and I feel that I have wasted my money in that. After that I contacted the dealer he didn’t bothered at all, after that I contacted sales person of Kajaria he visited the place but no response till know. I thought I have purchased a brand but that was my Miss conception.

This is Gaurav Verma from Chandigarh. I have bought 63 boxes of kajaria tiles from dealer Geeta Marble & Tiles located in Dhanas, Chandigarh.

I have selected the premium tiles with no.K 6306. all the tiles were dispensed to me but after using 62 boxes of tiles, I noticed something fishy about it when i saw the stamping on boxes. I got the inspection done from other local dealer who said that the tiles are not premium instead they are of standard quality. there is blue colour stamping of premium along with item code etc.

For the sake of credibility of your company please have a look towards these kind of scams being done to harass the consumer on the name of kajaria.

I have purchased 2×4 tiles and found that almost all tiles are defective.Major problem is they are bend at middle. I went by keeping faith on the brand name and felt highly cheated by the company. Plz be aware of 'Kajaria'. Toll free no never answered after several attempts.

Rude behaviour of kajaria dealer Ohri marble and sanitary works. (Address of dealer show room: teh mukerian distt hoshiarpur punjab 144211) I have purchased tiles from this dealer. Today i need some box of tile that i have purchased earlier for my bathtroom walls. But they refused to give me tiles . They told me company have stopped production of this series . Dealer sent damaged tiles. Owner openly says that he won't return it, do whatever you want to do. Infact he says that you shouldn't have bought Kajaria, many complaints come in Kajaria. He talks in very rude way and ready to fight and abuse its customers.

Wall tiles were broken when opened the boxes & the dealer refused to replace them. On asking the company policy no response from the dealer as well as Area Sales manager.

Heard ia lot about kajaria product but when i came across the product i feel this is worst product i have ever seen. i have purchased tiles bt all the tiles are bend and there is no support from company nd retailer side. I genuinely recommended everyone dnt use and dont purchase kajaria tiles nd kajaria products.

I bought premium tiles which are all very bad, All tiles have bend. On the packing it is written as premium 1st quality. But most of the tiles were having bends And misalignment... very bad company. I am not going to suggest to anyone to buy kajaria tiles.

We bought tiles for bathrooms but all tiles are misprinted.

I had ordered Kajaria Tiles (Timber Rose Wood) 4*2. All the tiles are defective with holes in it. There is no provision to attach pics or else I would have shared pics. You may come to the site for inspection. Please register my complaint and resolve this on priority.

Poor service bad nature.

I had worst experience as dealer name Abhinav Grani Ceramics Pvt Ltd from Goregaon West, Mumbai. They supplied different shade color floor tiles. We are able to notice the color difference once tiles installed. We informed the dealer and sent them photos. They are not ready to listen and didn’t help. Really disappointed, as I bought well known branded tiles and I get no help from dealer.
